Pros (+) Room was pretty nice and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and great service. There was a nice array of “drinks” and snacks
Cons (-) The A/C i dont believe that responded well to the settings. I found myself sweating in some part of the night but still the A/C was on. It was set to 60° but I dont think it went that cold.

Cons (-) There is a rooftop bar so there will be guests coming and going at all hours of the night. Room is generally quiet tho

Pros (+) comfortable bed, great location
Cons (-) The air conditioning would not drop below 76 degrees... i called for help, and the guy just said to wait and it will drop down to the desired temp... but it stayed at 76. cant open a window, so this was uncomfortable

Pros (+) the beds were very comfortable quiet
Cons (-) The deadbolt on the door was broken couldn't get it fixed. Our room keys continually stopped working no information in room about area hallway was filthy had not been vacuumed in a long time they provided a continental breakfast but since we booked through third party website they would not let us eat breakfast.

Pros (+) I was skeptical about such a good rate but Wyndham is a decent brand so I went for it. Super friendly staff, quick check-in and out. Room was the "cozy" size you'd expect in Manhattan which more than served the purpose. I'll definitely keep this on my list of places to check first next time I'm NY bound.
