Cons (-) Cleanliness!! We found a dirty and used condom under our bed. The bathroom was not clean thoroughly and the carpet needed to be vacuumed.

Pros (+) Excellent location and great hotel for the price (subway stop right outside) Very helpful staff (especially in the restaurant when I was dining with my two year old) Beautiful view of the Empire State Building from our window Quiet rooms--other than one neighbor banging on the door early in the morning, I did not know anyone else was around

Pros (+) I had been in NY few times but this time I realize how important is a good location! The best ever! Next to metro station and shopping area. At the front rooms you can appreciate the Empire Statle from your window! For sure I will be back!
