best location in front of Bryant Park and subways. The room is wide and clean.
The air conditioner is nosy.
Great hotel close to all the attractions. Loved the space in the room - loved the Molton Brown Amemities. Staff were super friendly and the cleaning staff were impeccable. Rooms were spotless. I loved the flavored complimentary water upon entering the hotel before heading to your room.
Really nothing to complain about
The lack of a lobby . Did not really notice in the pictures
This boutique hotel is unusual--in good ways. The staff are enthusiastic and greet you every time you come in, There are only a few rooms per floor. The landmark Radiator Building from which the hotel was created is a great facade. We had a junior suite on the 9th floor at the top of the trees of Bryant Park. Interesting view and, facing north, the perfect light. Junior suite was worth the money. But traffic on 40th St is ferocious. Complimentary coffee and muffins the morning is nice touch, as is cold water when you come in.
My wife though the elevator vestibule was too dark.
The stuff is amazing!
