Cons (-) There was an issue with the sub provider (www.getaroom.com), getting my confirmation to the hotel which caused issues with me checking in. The hotel had to cancel the booking so that I could pay manually. I had to sit on the phone with getaroom for over an hr and it still wasn’t resolved. I was very disappointed.

Pros (+) All of the staff were incredibly warm and engaging. The door man's guest engagement and sincere care for an outstanding experience was remarkable and memorable. That interaction alone would cause me to choose FiftyNYC on my next visit to New York.
