You get what you pay for. Very basic. Room with bed and shared bathroom. Clean but building is falling apart. Open ceilings in the bathroom sometimes dripping water. Friendly staff and good location

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and occasionally friendly staff. However, the majority of reviews were highly critical, citing severe cleanliness issues, very small rooms, excessive noise, and poor bathroom conditions. Many guests also reported safety concerns and a lack of basic amenities. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives, with cleanliness being the most significant problem.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Good location friendly people good price decent room and shower
Cons (-) Room very small. Light and noise of neighbor very present.
Pros (+) I was intrigued by the price.

Cons (-) About as close to turn of the century immigrant experience as one can come without time travel...it makes the Tenement Museum look like a day spa! I cannot believe this place is allowed to exist - absolutely filthy beyond belief. The "singles" are just beds divided by dry wall....
Pros (+) I liked nothing about this hotel, there are no ceilings in the room, the rooms are the size of a small rest room, I was charged twice on my credit card. The place smelled like bar, no one came to clean my room in the 4 days I was there, horrible
