You get what you pay for. Very basic. Room with bed and shared bathroom. Clean but building is falling apart. Open ceilings in the bathroom sometimes dripping water. Friendly staff and good location

Cons (-) The sheets were stained, which I later found out was because bed bugs leave behind blood from their bites and their excrement. My last morning there, I found a bed bug crawling across the sheets. I killed it with my finger nail and it spurted blood all over! Gross! Cons (-) About as close to turn of the century immigrant experience as one can come without time travel...it makes the Tenement Museum look like a day spa! I cannot believe this place is allowed to exist - absolutely filthy beyond belief. The "singles" are just beds divided by dry wall....

Pros (+) I liked nothing about this hotel, there are no ceilings in the room, the rooms are the size of a small rest room, I was charged twice on my credit card. The place smelled like bar, no one came to clean my room in the 4 days I was there, horrible
