Great location and lots going on at the hotel. DJ and loud music in the lobby every night. Great coffee place attached to the lobby. Price for the room was good given the location.
The attached restaurant was good, but overpriced and the host advised us that “we had to order to large entrees in order to be seated”. The lobby was very loud and dark and had a strange menagerie of people hanging out all of the time. The room was large but very old and the thermostat did not seem to work, as it was very hot all the time.
This is by far the most unique hotel I have ever stayed in! Loved everything from the eclectic room setup to the graphics. I would highly recommend the Ace Hotel to family and friends!
The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable.
The hotel was very noisy and the light for the corridor came into the room. The lobby was taken up by students on their laptops and no dedicated bar for guests. there is no wardrobe either. lighting too dark. we wont be returning.
Good location , kind staff , great beds
Rooms are pretty ugly . Bang for buck is zvery low , for the same price you can have a much nicer , classier hotel . Only stay here if you want the scene in the lobby
The Ace is very much a design, look, overall-feel type of place. It is modern, swanky, functional, young, simple all at once. The lobby was a dimly-lit bar and the music was a little loud. You couldn't hear it any where else. There are two restaurants and a coffee shop accessible from the lobby. Down the stairs is a workout room. Our room was the smallest available, but it was the space we needed....
Bit of musky smell to the room. Mattress sagged a little. Room could use hooks for clothing- more than what they provided.Read more
Location. The restaurant and bar in the lobby was excellent. Has a great bar too!
The staff is great! The location is good. The theme it incredible
The rooms are too close, doesn't has any closet it is a little bit uncomfortable for the money that I be already paid.
Beds were some of the most comfortable of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Ate in both the Breslin and the John Dory Oyster Bar and both were excellent with the Full English breakfast at The Breslin being the highlight. Every interaction with staff was genuine and pleasant.
The shower in our large double room seemed to be an afterthought, small and comically cramped. Whatever you're imagining is too big, I'm serious when I say barely enough room to turn around.
