Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the outstanding service and attentiveness of the staff, especially in the bar and restaurant areas, which greatly enhance their stay. The breakfast is frequently described as excellent and varied. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness in some rooms and public areas, as well as dissatisfaction with aspects of the restaurant, including food quality and delays. Several guests also feel that the value for price does not meet expectations, citing high costs and extra charges for certain amenities.AI-generated from customer reviews
