Friendly and helpful staff. Decent pool area. Some good tours on offer to the dunes.

No way is this a four star hotel. The staff are friendly and pleasant although they struggle with languages other than Portuguese. Rooms are of a decent size but, despite having the space, don't have chairs. Nor does the balcony despite, again, there being ample space. The breakfast and dinner buffets are adequate but bland. The location is pleasant but there are no other restaurant or bars or shops nearby which made me wonder why their own shop was poorly stocked (no water, for example). Wi-Fi is available but in the public areas only and even then can be hit and miss.

Staff was not kind, i waited 45 min for a beer at the swimming pool! Waiter did not even said " I am sorry ". He was laughting at me! Rooms-misery, breakfast-no variety, Internet - dream of it, no Internet at all. Rooms, services, food, staff, everything - 2 star hotel!!!!! Very expensive for the quality of everything. At the end we paid a lot more that we should!!!
