Pros (+) Great location, comfortable beds, good breakfast, very friendly staff. It's an easy walk to anything downtown including the steamship authority. We didn't bring a car with us and I didn't feel like we needed one at all.
Cons (-) Walls are thin so you can hear other guests from your room. There are no refrigerators in the rooms so you'll need to ask for ice if you want to keep anything cold.
