10,0 Excellent
Pros: We booked upgraded room and they upgraded even more! Excellent stay!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were large. Faculties were good. Access to the metro is so easy and there were excellent restaurants around the area. The Christmas market and the mall was great. A pity about the strikes as it would have been more accessible if all the lines were working. Breakfast in-room is great and Min was maxing with my children.
Cons: A little far from the centre of Paris.
6,7 Good
Pros: The location and the absolute friendliness of the staff
Cons: The hotel is delapidated. Everything is mediocre. It is definitely not 5 stars level.

Our hotel brought the city inside with details that reflect its place. Ideally located in the heart of modern Paris, along the historical axis Place de l’Etoile-Grande Arche, discover iconic attractions!
7,5 Good
Pros: Location, bar and facilities. Comfort bed.
Cons: Scrambled egg!
7,0 Good
Pros: Hard to say. A modestly equipped bar which closed with a bang at half past midnight, with a nervous bartender who'd hardly even answer questions, very slow elevators taking ages to catch one, small beds (had a twin double)... sorry, this was supposed to be the good part. Nice teli in the room, nice bathroom, but no bathrobe, nor slippers. Oops, I did it again, this is the good part. Well, not much, particularly at this price.
Cons: Loads. At this price, being there for a conference, they ran out of plates, of cutlery, of hot tea water, things were stolen from participants, after which the hotel planted a guard in front of the premises, location is far from anything (in Défence, unless one needs to be there, there's nothing interesting). Room on 2nd floor was noisy from street noise, aircon didn't work quite ok, apart from the 10 floors, there are also 3 extra basement floors, confusingly named A, B and C.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to shopping center
7,1 Good
Pros: The location was close to la defense metro
Cons: Pillows were either too hard or two soft. Five star prices but definitely 4 star experience. Inconsistent service - day 1 there was no bottled water in room and day 2 it was provided. Breakfast could be better in terms of choice
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic and pleasant staff
Cons: Great location with proximity to shopping mall. Staff were very pleasant especially Anushka, the Dutch front desk lady. Really wonderful team. Highly recommended for visitors.
1,0 Poor
Cons: That they charged me at the hotel after I paid on here so I never used this reservation.... would like my money back....
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: The parking is free
Cons: Yes they took large amount of my card and has not yet been returned

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Large and clean apartments in an excellent location that’s only a few kilometers away from the center
Cons: While the staff were nice, one reception staffer forgot to activate the apartment key for access to the parkings that I paid for. It takes some walking outside the building to get the parkings, so I had to walk back to the reception to get the key activated, but I wasn’t offered any apology which was a little annoying
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The studio I reserved was very dull. No decorations. TV not working properly. Parking was too far from the hotel. Breakfast was served in a a very small restaurant that was not enough for everyone, not was it that of a 5-star Hotel.
Cons: See above
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff on reception always willing to help, regardless of time. Even an extra bottle of champagne at midnight was no trouble, nor was translating local delivery menus.
Cons: There was external renovation works being carried out we didnt see or hear workmen just the scaffolding made it look a little untidy in places this was my only criticism of my stay
8,0 Excellent
Pros: the accessibility to the city any and the room quality

Hotel Paris Neuilly - Neuilly-sur-Seine - Building
6
8,3 Excellent (1 277 reviews)
R2 259+
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Hotel Paris Neuilly in Neuilly-sur-Seine, you'll be in the business district, within a 5-minute drive of Palais des Congres de Paris and Champs-Elysees. Featured amenities include express check-out, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services.
6,0 Good
Cons: There was too much noise from plates and cutlery from the breakfast bar early in the morning. The bar is in an open area and the room doors are not soundproof. The receptionist the last day was rude and did not speak good english. We could not get an invoice for our stay nor any instructions how to proceed with it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the begining always with smile on face and making sure we were content. The free coffee and pastries where a lovely bonus and the coconut pastries were delicious!! 20 mins from Gard du nord, and 10 from tbe Eiffel tower by taxi. We did walk to the Arc de Triomphe for NYE fireworks, 35 min walk. Plenty of restaurants close by and metro station just across the road. The bed was sooo comfortable and the duvets OMG! Great sleep!
Cons: The toilet was blocked easily.
7,0 Good
Pros: The room service was very poor and also the menu is svery limited
Cons: No iron inside the room Room service menu
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location is very good.
Cons: The hotel is quite noisy. There is hardly any isolation so you can hear absolutely everything that goes in the hallway and the restaurant - it's designed in a rather odd open-space style with the restaurant being in the middle and all rooms facing it (on all levels). You could hear people having drinks, breakfast and dinner, and then the staff cleaning up. Hardly slept all week long.
5,0 Okay
Pros: It was clean and looking good
Cons: It was noisy due to the restaurant which is front of all rooms. The staffs weren't aware how to generate properly invoices.
5,4 Okay
Pros: There was a bed, bathroom, small fridge and a tv. So if this is the bare minumum you are looking for, it is offered.
Cons: However if you are looking for an experience, I would not reccomend. Cleaning staff regularly ignored the "do not disturb" sign and came in whenever they pleased. This was unacceptable. The "free breakfast" advertised was charged to my room at an exorbitant price ($50 for two meals) for the stale bread, cheese and ham that was offered. It is also a 40 minute walk from the Arc where I was led to believe it was close by to all the sites. Would not reccomend.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Staff is friendly.
Cons: Internet was not working at all in the evening. There were hairs on the walls of the bathroom.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The wi-fi connection was vert slow and it disconnected several times so I had to use My 4G for meetings.

Pros: Staff and hostess at the breakfast was amazing ! Very helpful with my baby boy and myself ! Room are always clean .
Cons: I asked for a room with a bathtube because I was traveling with a baby ! They made me packed all my stuff to give me an other room the next morning and that room had a shower also and not a bathtub! Then they told me all the room were booked and can’t do anything so I keep the first room .... but that was weird ! And I was annoyed that I had to pack all my luggage for nothing!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is comfortable and the staff are amazing! I highly recommend it
4,0 Okay
Pros: Good location and quiet. The bar is cosy.
Cons: Reception staff, check in awful experience, slow and very cold from receptionist side. Being member of IHG and used this hotel several times. I did not manage the check in until 15:15 and when I started complaining. I arrived at 12:00, I was promised the room at 15:00 but at 15:15 the room was not ready. It spoiled the charm.

Pros: The staff was really friendly and the check in was smooth. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We stayed in a superior room with espresso machine and soft drinks in the minibar. It was great.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The proximity to the airport
Cons: The fact that the hotel ask to block 50€ per person from a credit card, although we had prepaid the room weeks ago,In case we use extras! No extras in the room, fridge unplugged with just two bottles of water which we didn't use and coffee ,tea sugar and toiletries for only two persons although we had booked a three bedroom room! Ok they released the money on our check out but the whole concept was impolite at least.Ventilation was not working properly which is important when Windows do not open and they should change the sink and bathtub as they were really worn out!
7,5 Good
Pros: Room spacious, light and agreeably decorated
4,0 Okay
Pros: Bed was fine, so was breakfast. Unfortunately not really continental as no eggs etc. mostly bread and pastries.
Cons: Location very bad, public transit into and from the city poor. Even taxi's didn't want to come out on a weekday morning! Staff doesn't speak English. Arranging for a taxi for the next morning at reception took 2 employees, half an hour, and google translate. And then the taxi couldn't even be booked, I got a call just less than 2 hours before I needed the taxi - telling me I should use Uber because staff wasn't able to book me a taxi. Also poor hygiene - mysterious large stains in carpet and hairs of previous guests in bathroom. Bad pillows and airconditioning, but the bed was fine.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Modern interior; comes up to the pictures posted by the property owners
5,8 Okay
Pros: Size of the room and the parking facility
Cons: Room old fashioned and worn out, cold , heating (by airco) did not work, food in restaurant was terrible
6,3 Good
Pros: The lady at check in was very friendly as well as the one from room service
Cons: You can’t open windows- food quality is for the rather high price really bad

5,0 Okay
Pros: The staff were friendly and accommodating. the Hotel is in a good location and was presentable from the outside. The bedroom was reasonably clean.
Cons: the bathroom floor was dirty / dusty, the reception area was a single room in which breakfast was also served, and it looked like cleaning supplies were stored in the corner too. The room was very small and the decor was just weird. Carpet that's made to look like wooden planks??
6,3 Good
Pros: Location is nice, quiet, with restaurants nearby. 10 minutes by walk to metro station.
Cons: Room 105 is small, door to the toilett were broken,so we couldn't close them.

Cons: Little bit far from the center but in a nice neighborhood
5,4 Okay
Pros: The staff were the best! They all were extremely friendly and helpful. There's complimentary nespresso in the lobby. Although the location is away from downtown Paris, it is easy to get around by metro.
Cons: This is a very small hotel. The room we had (2-twin beds) was so tight it was like we were in the same bed. There's no space for 2 people to just sit or dine in the room. The location is outside of the center of Paris which we knew and this was fine. However, there aren't many dining options near the hotel especially after a certain time.

Pros: Super comfortable bed Big room Location in heart of business area and very close to metro - 10 min and you are in city center
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Cons: Our room which was just renovated was too dark due to malfunction of the lighting panel inside the room and when I informed the staff they said it can not be fixed right away so they offered me to change my room but we already were settled and it was not a cause to change. You should have made sure of working functions in advance.
4,0 Okay
Cons: Very expensive for what it is
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The check-in staff were very helpful and the hotel room was comfortable and well appointed. I would have given the hotel a higher rating if it hadn't been for the constant hum from some equipment in my room which I noticed once I had gone to bed.
Cons: There was an irritating hum that became more increasingly irritating. I think it was from the ventilation equipment on the roof since I was on the top floor. I tried to find the source but it seemed to be all over, both in my room and in the hallway
1,0 Poor
Pros: Over priced and no facilities
Cons: Rooms were tired. Location not suitable. Not told it was being refurbished, nothing was open.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, minutes from the metro, and a Starbucks inside! English speaking staff made everything easy for us. They converted dollars to Euros at the front desk and there was an atm steps away
Cons: Uber had a hard time finding the entrance because it’s in the tunnel and maps struggle to locate. Uber eats was on bicycles and had no issue. Walk to the Novotel and Uber has no problem or just call a cab.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful property! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. I received an upgraded room when I checked in.
Cons: There were some renovations happening on the floor nearby so I could hear drilling during the day. Luckily renovations only occurred from 930-5.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: a regular hotel - nothing stands out. short walk to metro station where you can also get on to a driver less line which goes to Champs Elysees - do definitely a plus. A good place for a quick business visit.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The shower, location, room
Cons: Elevator needed a key but the key only worked sporadically
4,0 Okay
Cons: The 1st room I have got smells very smoky even if non-smoking room, in the 2nd room air condition is not working and no heating system, though outside it's around 0 degree. the carpet on the first floor looks totally worn down. Breakfast been removed to Mezzanine level as the restaurant is on renovation, very crowded, I have waited 10 minutes to get a table and there is no much choice for breakfast, the few employees endeavor to serve all the client but their number is clearly not enough. The worst thing happens at the Reception: I asked the Receptionist to help me for booking a taxi at 11:15, while I waited until 11:25 there is still no taxi for me. When I come up to the reception level with heavy luggage again to ask the Reception lady if my taxi has been booked, she said yes yes it''s arriving in 4 minutes, so I waited instead of calling a uber by myself. 2 other taxi come afterwards but none was reserved in my name. Fortunately the Concierge tried to call a taxi for me, I haven't missed my plane in the end. But that Reception lady was clearly lying to me about the taxi and I don't understand why!!!This cannot be the service level of a 4 star hotel. I don't think that I will ever return to this hotel.

Pros: Friendly reception staff, we were upgraded to a better room due to lack of availability of the room we booked. The room was comfortable and clean, housekeeping staff don't speak much English but we were able to communicate.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: size of room and modern
Cons: I was overcharged. the quote I received from booking.com was for $207 and I was charged by accident $252.44. I noticed after the charge took place and brought to their attention and the lady that did not charge my card she appeared to be a manager told me they do not credit back to the card and that I need to fax or email my checking account information to her. I have no intention of doing this she seemed honest and probably was being truthful after getting home I decided to absorb the difference.

Pros: The hotel was close to the Orly airport
Cons: Dirty moldy rag was on pipes in bathroom. Staff was not able to activate the key so we had to keep returning to front desk. Morning staff was rude and unhelpful. Shuttle to airport was 'on a break' so we had to wait 40 minutes.

Pros: This hotel is more like á 3 star hotel but its cheap so it was okay and expected considering the price

Cons: The staff was collectively rude and unhelpful. There were not enough refreshments in the room (there were 4 of us) and the reception staff took a quick look in the box under their desk and then shrugged. They couldn't help apparently. There were not enough towels for everyone - only 2 for 4 people. Finally, the driver of the shuttle was unhelpful - walking away as I tried to talk to him (really? manners?) and told me that the airport was a 5 minute drive away. I questioned this asking if he was sure in the morning Parisien traffic and he assured me 5 minutes. It actually took 35 minutes...I missed my daugher's flight and had to pay £135 to change her ticket...Never will we stay at BestWestern again. Finally, they charged me in my absence (I was still at the airport with my daughter) and charged me for four full breakfasts even though I had chosen 4 continental style.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The hotel in general and room in particular were nothing special but at least it was clean. The hotel is close to the Orly airport but don't count on the free shuttle.
Cons: Hotel was listed as having free breakfast when we booked and our confirmation stated the same. However, we were denied breakfast by employees. Free shuttle to the airport could hold no more than 8 and was so overbooked that we had to pay to go to airport.

Pros: The front desk staff was very helpful.
Cons: They did not replenish the toilet paper and the coffee, or cleaned the room. The room was very small. The control remote for the TV had death batteries. It does not seem to me that house keeping keep a close eye on things.

Pros: All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It would take me ages to give examples as there were so many. Breakfast was also really good. Excellent value for money-would go there again if the need arose.
Cons: We had a triple room which was a bit of a squeeze for three large adults. Basically it was a twin room with an extra bed thrown in by the radiator. Having said that, the beds were clean and very comfortable-even the extra one. Location ideal for Paris La Defense but not really for too much more.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Came to Paris to play in a card tournament, the venue was right next door, so the location of the hotel was spot on. The staff were very helpful, even letting us check in early. Beds were comfortable, the WiFi was good.
Cons: The restaurant area wasn’t open, and no one was allowed to sit in there, which was a bit of a pain for pretty much everyone who was at the hotel for that weekend as majority were there for the card tournament and everyone wanted to practice, but it’s a bit difficult with no tables to sit at. Being in a room near the lift, it was a bit noisy, and the flooring is all wooden in the rooms, I could hear footsteps constantly from upstairs. Rooms could do with a lick of paint. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what was on offer.

Pros: Friendly and very helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant. Very clean room.

7,0 Good
Pros: The location is great (direct connection to the Champs Elysee and the Arc de Triomphe) but unfortunately severely affected by the mass transport stikes during our stay. Outstanding TV !! Comfortable king-size bed, privilege room with a view and free refreshments offered.
Cons: The room was tiny, and the breakfast doesn't meet our expectations (not even a 2 stars hotel breakfast)!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location... staff... breakfast
Cons: If you have an issue with slight noise from metro take room on higher floor. Some reviews really exaggerate noise level! It was no problem at all.... Would recommend premium room.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: The lobby is cute
Cons: When I arrived they asked me if I had been here before, and I said no. The staff then gave me the keys to a room Which was in the building across the street. The room was filthy and that was not the room that I had asked for, so I went back to the lobby and told them that it was the wrong room. They then changed me to a new room. When I used the key and walked into the room, there was another guest staying inside of it... this was awkward and made me feel so uncomfortable. I was then given the room down the hall which was slightly better then the first. I was no compensated in any way for all the things that happened to me which not only was an embarrassment to the hotel but a waste of my time. Also in the morning the maids walked twice into the room (the do not disturb sign was on the door) and woke me up and disturbed me. Clearly they do not know what knocking on a door is. I think very highly of accor hotels but this was terrible and has obviously made me doubt weather I will be staying in one next time.
7,0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff; convenient for our travel plans; reasonable breakfast with sufficient choices;
Cons: Room too hot - difficult to control temperature; mould on shower tiling quit visible and extensive; directions by RER A going from Chatelet des Halles could be better - we got off one stop too early when there is a station just beside the hotel - better signage on the website would help; no dining room and the surrounding area is short of good places to eat at weekends - business sector so weekday opening only for most.

Pros: Helpful staff, clean rooms.
Cons: Very small paid parking.
4,2 Okay
Cons: I asked for a plaster, they didn't have it. The whole place was under renovation and in a total mess...
7,1 Good
Cons: Pre authorisation was 400 euro before you even paid for the hotel. It is released when you check out, but this always takes 3-5 working days to be put back into your account. I understand that pre authorisation needs to be done but 400 euro is a bit excessive. Also I booked the room for 304 and I had to pay 346?

Cons: The cleanliness of the room , the soundproofing of the room is very bad . I can easily heard someone TV sound from the other rooms .
