Pros (+) Great View, Staff was nice/understanding . Some were more understanding than others
Cons (-) A random worker walked into the room without knocking and I had just gotten out the shower , our view was upstructed because they were doing construction and ropes were hanging down. Construction happened every morning causing us to wake up and their tore up our balcony so we weren’t sure if it was safe to use

Pros (+) I liked the 3 swimming pools . The breakfast ,
Cons (-) I don't like the late check in that me of 4 pm. Also moving all Bags to room took long . Didn't have any carts customers could use . Had to wait for some one of the staff to take the bags up to the room. And every one checking at the same time was a long wait . Also parking was bad to check in .

Pros (+) Proximity to the beach, restaurants, activities near Ocean Blvd, and the Convention Center were the reasons why I opted for this hotel. The staff that was there was fantastic. Parking was a breeze, as it was directly across the street....but very tight to physically park due to the way it was designed.
Cons (-) Every inch of the building smelled like cigarettes / dirty ashtray. Breakfast at the restaurant didn't open until 7am. Part of the lobby was under draped under construction and never touched the 4 days / 3 nights I was there. In order to use a luggage cart, you were required to use a bell-man.
