Cons (-) Manager seemed annoyed that we didn't book through the hotel. I paid over $100 during the off season to get a room with an ocean view and they were going to give us a 3rd floor view with possible palm trees in our way. They did end up giving us the 10th floor with a beautiful view. The room was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable however the bathroom was very small. You had to straddle th...

Pros (+) The location was awesome. There was so much nearby and could walk which make the location an A+. The hotel sits right on the beach and all you have to do is walk out which makes going to the beach great. The staff was pleasant to work with and willing to explore questions about bill.
Cons (-) The room seemed very small especially the bathroom and the kitchenette which is a nice touch to the room but a little much for that size room. The area for breakfast is extremely small and and tucked away.

Pros (+) The location was great; Right on the water and Ocean Boulevard.
Cons (-) We were there during spring break and it was very noisy late at night. We could hear the cars, loud radios, yelling until about 3 AM. I would recommend that make sure it's not spring break for college/high school kids when traveling to this location.

Pros (+) The location was great and the woman working the front desk was nice.
Cons (-) This hotel has no affiliation with the known "Holiday Inn" chain of hotels. How they can call themselves a Holiday Inn is a travesty. Also, I was looking forward to swimming when I checked in only to find out that the pool area was closed for renovations upon my arrival.
