The staff were so friendly and helpful.
I had read reviews about the noise on the street, so I booked a comfort room, which wasn’t directly over the street, but it wasn’t far enough away from it to block out the loud thumping music that continued from 10:00 pm-5:00 AM. Even though it was a very hot summer night, we had to close the window, wear earplugs, and use a white noise app on our phone just to get to sleep. I don’t understand how the bars are allowed to blare their music that loudly till 5 AM with so many hotels on this street.
The hotel is really close to the central train station and also within walking distance to many of Munich's amazing sights. The breakfast was great with a nice selection. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a nice bonus of an english movie channel for nights off.
Hotel very convenient to Railway Station and centre of city. We were able to walk to all main attractions, or catch tram from a nearby location. Breakfast was excellent. 24/7 availability of coffee and internet was really appreciated.
After booking hotel, we were told hotel was in 'red-light' area, but as we did not venture far at night, did not notice any problems.
Explored the xmas markets
free coffee and free wi fi.
very basic and small.
The room was very clean
The location was terrible!
free wireless Internet
room to the road was quite loude
Even though this is a non-smoking hotel, smoke could be felt strongly in the room (the smoke came from within the hotel).
wi-fi, it was VERY clean, price was good, breakfast was average but good for the price
staff was 'cold' , a member of nightstaff misinformed me about internet connection etc. The location is a bit noisy and there are a few sex shops but I must say it was brilliant to walk into town in less than 5 minutes. It is also extremely close to the main station, hence very good if you're coming straight from the airport.
very good location of the city, but price is very high for the service
