Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the train station and city center. Many also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms and inadequate housekeeping, often attributed to COVID-19 restrictions. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate under the circumstances, while others criticize its limited selection and quality. Room sizes and comfort are occasionally praised, though some guests note issues with air conditioning and noise. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience and service, but improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
