Pros (+) Upon arrival my assigned room had not been cleaned after the last guests departed. Bed unmade, towels on the bathroom floor. I did notice that they previous guests had left the "do not disturb sign" on the door, which is probably why the housekeeping staff had not yet cleaned that room.
