Pros (+) Close to the metro, even though it is on a busy street the hotel was quiet, rooms were nice, spacious and clean, staff was very nice, bar in the reception for coffee/drinks. very affordable. Relatively easy to find street parking.
Cons (-) No parking garage, currently undergoing renovations.
