Pros: Very friendly staff specially krestoo. He was very helpful.
Cons: Nothing
7,9 Good
Pros: The staff was very professional and kind
4,6 Okay
Pros: Location is super close to the train station.
Cons: They change the price as they like. I booked the accommodation months before and on the day it’s discounted by 50%. Was very shocked to see this. If i had known this i would not book this hotel again. They didnt even give any compensation (not even breakfast, it’s not a fancy 5 star hotel where breakfast costs a lot). So disappointed :(
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, nicely decorated and the free drinks were an added bonus. I was on the 5th floor facing the tram and had very little noise when the window was closed.
7,9 Good
Pros: Spotlessly clean. Generous breakfast. Pleasant staff.
Cons: Located next to a KFC where large groups hang out. Construction, throngs of people. 15-20 minutes walk to restaurants or beach. Parking several blocks away. We left a day early forfeiting a night’s stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Girl on the front desk was really helpful. Porter called the lift as soon as he would see us walk in the door. Room was spotless. Bed was comfy. There was soda coffee and water available for no extra cost. Location was perfect. But the nicest thing about hotel was the staff who could not have been more helpful. Would definitely stay here again..
Cons: I liked everything
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Michaela (sp?)greeted us & assisted us very professionally throughout our stay. She was very helpful & went above & beyond to assist one of our group in securing a room for another couple of nights in Nice. The hotel has a central locale, right on the tram line & is walking distance to Vieux Nice & shopping. Yet, the room is quiet despite the bustling atmosphere outside. Rooms are clean, beds & linens are comfortable. A reasonable place to stay!
Cons: Nothing
8,3 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was an additional; 15 euro and was unimpressive.
Cons: didn't seem like a four star hotel but was clean and a good location
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Closeness to Rail and Centre of City
Cons:
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
2,8 Mediocre
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
4,8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

7,5 Good
Pros: Service is excellent. Location is great within the town. Price for the regular room is expensive for the value provided
Cons: There are no facilities to mention in the hotel. The rooms are very small.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely old hotel with lots of charm. Rooms are quite small
9,2 Excellent
Pros: great staff and location. convenient parking. Nice touches--fresh flowers.
Cons: Breakfast at the restaurant--costly but not inspiring, Hotel needs railing for outdoor steps, front and back
6,7 Good
Pros: liked the hotel and the room
Cons: Did not like the fact that there is no transportation to the hotel. All taxi/Uber cars drop you off outside the walls of the village and then you need to drag heavy suitcases on cobbled streets for 20 min. A 5-star hotel should provide some solution to this problem.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Inside the walls of historical site Nice atmosphere and all restaurants were very nice
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and service were excellent
5,0 Okay
Pros: An exceptional luxury hotel in a unique setting with over the top exceptional staff. Access to the village , help with car parking, Restaurants with exceptional service in the old village. Even the Mayor walking around greeting all the cleaning maintenance staff of the medieval village at 7:30 this morning!
Cons: Absolutely nothing could have been better
Meyerbeer Beach - Nice - Bedroom
3
9,0 Excellent (1 811 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hostel & Hotel Meyerbeer Beach, you'll be centrally located in Nice, steps from Promenade des Anglais and 5 minutes by foot from Place Massena. Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and a library.
7,9 Good
Pros: I like the location very close to the beach, and supermarket below, towel provided, good atmosphere to meet new people , very friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfast. I stayed only one night, hope I be back for few nights next time.
Cons: the door from the room should be able to lockout without using a key when you leaving the room, otherwise the door is unlocked and anyone can access the room. Anyway I don't know if that was an issue only in my room. Also the lockers under the bed could be a bit bigger as standard cabin bag wont fit and you need to live it next to a bed taking a living space from the rest of people in the room, but it wasn't a big issue.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super helpful and nice! you girls rock and helped me lots..Thanks! The location is wonderful, just beside the beach, but also walking distance to the main touristic areas (10-15 minutes walk to the flower market and old town, 10 minutes to the main train station...). The place was very clean and welcoming!
Cons: If you get stuck in front of the building not knowing how to open the door, or ring the bell, check your email for instructions ;) Somebody opened the door for me by chance, and I opened the door to many fellow travellers who were stuck in the same situation. Maybe the hostel should put up a sign at the door, or something to make it clearer.. :)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and friendly staff.
Cons: Beds were very creaky and was a lot of street noise.
7,9 Good
Pros: The location was perfect.
Cons: The daily bad smell of the pipes.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was very good - close to the beach and good restaurants.
Cons: Quite noisy at night. The windows to outside didn't shut fully so you could hear the street noise.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, comfy mattresses!
Cons: Bar crawel for 15 euros wasn't that great
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Extremely helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable with good AC.
Cons: Walls are thin, so noise from outside and inside. Bathroom light comes on automatically and stays on for a while- bothersome at night.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was well organized and the staff are really very helpful.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The garden area was lovely
5,8 Okay
Pros: Like a family house
Cons: The air con did not work st night!
6,7 Good
Pros: The proprietor was very friendly and a helpful, and the hotel is characterful and very nicely appointed in the common areas.
Cons: My room was certainly usable but was very small. Maybe the price is high for that size of room - but I don’t know the going rate in Nice.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Little garden, house / rooms and super host.
Cons: Close to noisy street, a little far from touristic city.
6,7 Good
Pros: While the property is away from the centre of Nice, it was quite easy to travel as there was a tram stop few minutes away that took us directly into the centre in 15 minutes. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.
Cons: We got the standard room, and it was very very very small, especially the bathroom - not what we expected staying away from the city centre and for the price we paid for the room. If we had known we would have chosen something closer to the city with that room size. The air conditioning didn't work properly, luckily the weather was good so it didn't bother us too much but this would be an issue in the peak of summer.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I missed wifi.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely historic building. The rooms very exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Lovely garden and breakfast. The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to everyone.
Cons: Nothing.

6,0 Good
Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
9,2 Excellent
Pros: lovely location, staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: we had no view out of our window
7,1 Good
Pros: Great position. Nice well trained staff.
Cons: Trading on past glories. A bit scuffed around ages. Old brown furniture in room masquerading as antique.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very very beautiful like an art museum The standard of food was very high The bar was wonderful with superb ambience and cocktails
Cons: The staffing seemed low as evening meals in the bistro/restaurant seemed consistently understaffed on multiple occasions. The staff were very nice but too thinly stretched
7,5 Good
Cons: Poor quality food for breakfast (3,5 stars Hotel max)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Great location, view, staff
6,0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was fabulous. We could sit and drink our coffee while looking out at the Mediterranean Sea each morning. Being located across from the Promenade Anglais meant we could literally exit our hotel door and begin our day walking along this magnificent waterfront. Great restaurants and cafes in the area. Very luxurious and elegant setting. Iconic French Riviera experience!
Cons: Everything was great!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful wonderful staff and location location location. The rooms were well appointed and in a style that suited the hotel. The balcony was a great place to get a lovely view of the sea. The rooms were larger then most European hotel rooms and air conditioned which made it very comfortable in the August heat. The public areas and dining rooms were very comfortable and charming. Good business center with easy access.
Cons: The carpet in the halls made it hard to move luggage around and did not fit the period and style of the hotel. Some of the art didn't suit the hotel ambiance. The carpet in our room was very worn and old. The bathroom had chipped sharp tiles and had not been updated which was a little disappointing for the price point. We were also disappointed that no one informed of the beach facilities available.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, nice property.
Cons: Glass door on bathroom
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness comfort good service location .
Cons: There must be an arrangement to hang up the towels . The kettle needs a longer cable so it will be convinient to use it .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are clean and modern with a comfy bed. The kitchenette is handy. The staff are very friendly and offered great local restaurant suggestions. The villa has excellent security and being able to self checkin is very handy.
Cons: Nothing it was a great stay. The only thing I would have liked would have been an additional pillow but I am sure if I had of asked it would have been supplied :)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location, kitchen facilities, washing facilities, reception staff, scenery
Cons: The first room we stayed in had a dump smell, luckily the reception was able to move us to a different room for the rest of the stay. Unfortunately we did have to pay extra for that. Also, parking is a bit pricey given you can park just outside of the gates for free and location is safe. Beds could be bigger. Double is very small for 2 people staying the whole week
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location near to beach

Pros: A superb experience. Walked each day on to the "promenade" just out the door. Concierge was phenomenal anticipating my inquiries regarding dining, distance, cool sites etc.. Had a map with circled notes in my hand before I could respond. Pool was semi-private and warm. In-room service was FAST AND DELICIOUS. Always felt safe and secure, very important.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: LOVE everything about this hotel. Close and accessible to restaurants and shops. The staff were all courteous, friendly and went the extra mile to give us the highest possible level of service esp Brice at the concierge who booked our restaurant and tour reservations and he was always pleasant and has a ready warm smile every single time. We felt like we were VIPs. The hotel amenities were superb. Love the bar and the in house restaurant as well. Will definitely go back and stay at this Hyatt the next time I am back in Nice. Highly recommended!
Cons: Nothing to mention.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel added to a wonderful stay in Nice.Location could not be better. Hotel employee (concierge) was a great help! Entire staff was exceptional.
Cons: nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful art deco hotel, excellent quiet rooms, perfect location on the Mediterranaen, 3rd floor pool overlooking the beach, within walking distance to hunderds of cafes, bars, and restaurants. 5 stars
Cons: Nothing
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location is superb. Valet parking service is great
Cons: Hard to believe its 5 star hotel. Tear and wear can be seen everywhere . Especially carpet and doors.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The only department who meet my expectations was a reception ! Girl (don’t remember her name )help as to check in even though we did miss ours passports) Thank you for that
Cons: As a 5star property I was disappointed with everything ! The staff wasn’t attentive enough, room was dark and was not nice for 5 star in Nice , no a little sun go to our room , we did not want to be there . Breakfast wasn’t as a 5star, there wasn’t even gluten free bread on the buffet, we have waited around 15min till I call somebody to serve us a coffee , nobody could even see us seating down to the table , 2 days before we arrive to nice we stayed in Cannes for 2 days in 4stare hotel and was much better with everything, we did even have a coffee machine in our room , breakfast staff very attentive all was much better .
5,8 Okay
Pros: A beautiful landmark hotel with incredible history, right in the heart of Nice.
Cons: The room I booked 3 months in advance was not available, so they "upgraded" the room from a Quadruple deluxe room with 2 queen size beds to a single room with a King. I told them I considered this a downgrade. This was very uncomfortable as 2 friends were supposed to be staying with me and they had to go out and find other accommodation. The staff were in faded uniforms and trainers. The Eggs Benedict I ordered for breakfast (which I sent back and was still charged for) was cold, the eggs were not runny and a very poor effort. The buffet breakfast was of poor quality, some of the bread was stale(obviously recycled form the day before)and very limited with healthy options. There was no turndown service or Spa (something you expect from a 5 star hotel) We were there for the Superyacht awards and the food served was completely inedible, the service was very slow and staggered. Filthy glassware and plastic in the food. The problems in this hotel are staggering. We will never be staying in this hotel again, and will not be quick to stay in any Hyatt if this is the standard. This is a management issue, the individual people we dealt with during our stay were lovely.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location.. The Taxi rat to the airport around €35 The room service are helpful and fast to meet your wants..
Cons: One lady at reception is not helpful and not friendly but the rest of them are very helpful..
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We were here just for a week. Hotel is located centrally right across from the beach. Rooms are very specious with luxuries beds. Dinner experience at the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Just one small issue - we did not get city center view as the website promised. Balconies were facing each other with no privacy.
6,3 Good
Pros: Decent location, big size room with nice bathroom
Cons: Too expensive, poor value for money, needs an upgrade there was a smell in the hallways, carpets were dirty, etc
9,7 Excellent
Pros: This is a hotel that my best friend and I have been coming to for 15 years and everything works well and the cleaning staff are excellent.
Cons: our receptionist was not very helpful, telling us that we didn't have a reservation - which was confirmed by the hotel the previous day! may be she was having a bad day
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff. Everyone very helpful and eager to please.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, lovely homely hotel and great staff. Loved the brekkie!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Myself, husband and 2 adult sons stayed at Hotel Suisse for 5 nights. On arrival, the staff were extremely welcoming, polite and helpful. Also, as unfortunately our French is not that great, all the staff spoke excellent English. We made our way up to the second floor where we had 2 double rooms next to each other, each with a small balcony. The rooms were very similar in size and layout and were extremely clean , stylishly decorated and well equipped. We had tea/coffee making facilities which were replenished daily. There was plenty of information leaflets in the room about the area. The bed was large and comfortable and all the bedding and towels were changed on a daily basis. The en-suite was a very good size with a bath and shower over. There was a hairdryer and shampoo/conditioner and shower gel also in the bathroom. Again, the bathroom was spotlessly clean and well lit with plenty of space for your own toiletries etc. in the bedroom there were doors which opened onto the balcony. The view was incredible, overlooking the whole of the Nice beach and promenade. The road below was fairly busy but the doors to the balcony cut out all the traffic noise to allow for a peaceful and climate controlled night with the efficient air conditioning. There was a small table and two chairs on the balcony so, if you desired, you could eat breakfast outside. The self-service breakfast is served between 7am and 11am and was of a very high standard. There was almost anything you could want to choose from, which was continually being refreshed, from cereal, croissants and pastries, fresh fruit, all juices, bacon, eggs, pancakes yoghurt with a choice of a pot of tea, coffee or hot chocolate brought to your table. The dining room was extremely clean and with a lovely decor and overlooked the front of the hotel. The hotel had a choice of stairs or a lift, although the lift was pretty small. The hotel’s location was perfect!
Cons: The only thing maybe missing from the hotel was a relaxing lounge area in which you could sit and have a coffee in during the day, after a day out or even after dinner out.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was all terrific. Great location next to the old city and buses. Clean facility, kind and helpful staff, and great picture taking right from the balcony.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: fantastic view!helpful staff!

Pros: The view and location are fantastic.

Cons: Nothing really
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Slept very well
Cons: The elevator scared me
4,6 Okay
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: Over-priced. Really basic uncomfortable room for 350 euros a night! Unwelcoming staff. Uncomfortable beds. Unresponsive management—we told them we were unhappy with room, but they didn’t care.
7,9 Good
Pros: Great view from room overlooking the sea and seafront. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons: The hotel rooms were tired looking, hotel needs to be modernized. Breakfast selection was not great.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very friendly staff, super room, comfy bed, lovely humble but newly redone bathroom -- really good place. Just across the street from the ocean, if we'd stayed longer I would have been swimming, as were many other people. Very convenient to the old part of Nice, but not right in it.
Cons: Breakfast food was terrific but the coffee was weak.

5,8 Okay
Pros: staff
Cons: room design, bath is very small , there is some noice..
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent and the location, within the town walls and close to the chateau square, was exceptional (particularly for any history buff)! The restaurant was very welcoming with a varied menu, tiptop service and an amazing view.
Cons: Lack of outside seating apart from the dining terrace during out of service hours.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old chateau very well converted into this rabbit warren of a hotel.
Cons: I wouldn’t say we disliked anything. Only don’t try to get your car there, it’s down a tiny, tiny road. The hotel have a car that can collect you and your luggage from the nearby security car park. The security car park doesn’t take big or expensive cars by the way.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel in an amazing old village, with winding cobblestone streets. The hotel is a tastefully converted old castle on a cliff, which makes for a very unique experience. The restaurant had the most delightful view overlooking the sea. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all very helpful.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The staff had a great sense of service; young, dynamic, enthusiastic and serviceable
6,3 Good
Pros: staff
Cons: Badroom, furniture old and decoration is simple
5,4 Okay
Pros: staff
Cons: Room is small, furniture is old
9,6 Excellent
Pros: All the rooms are named after painters. there is a gallery above the main reception, a bar and some interesting windows out the front of the hotel which we found after breakfast. Our room (Besset) was at the back of the hotel and full of antique furniture up on the third floor/roof of the hotel. The shower room was compact but well designed with a choice of toiletries. There is a lift and excellent air conditioning. The hotel is found in narrow pedestrian streets and the hotel is decorated beautifully- magnificent ambience. The staff are relaxed and come to fetch your cases from the car (which may be parked quite far away.) You can take a relaxed breakfast on the outdoor terrace.
Cons: Be very careful to find the car park instead of trying to drive to the hotel. It is impossible (and may be nerve wracking!) unless your car is tiny! The streets get narrower and narrower. We liked everything but the breakfast was quite expensive at 25 euros. Nice though. Worth it for the terrace experience.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the garden area where wehadbreakfast. Just watch out for the seagulls. My room was very nice and very quiet. I would like to have stayed longer at this location but it was already fully booked
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room and beautiful garden area
Cons: Very expensive
7,1 Good
Cons: especially bath room was very small
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Villa Victoria is a "breath of fresh air" located conveniently in Nice. The management made us feel welcome in this French "Chateau" style accommodation. They went to some trouble to make us comfortable & were all pleasant to deal with.
Cons: Nil
10,0 Excellent
Pros: As return customers we knew how lovely the hotel is and its great location, the rooms are lovely the staff friendly and helpful and buffet breakfast really good - I am pleased to say nothing has changed since last year it remains a firm favourite of ours and we will return again next year. Many thanks again to the staff and very kind of them to acknowledge that this year we were celebrating our anniversary. Kind regards to all Yvonne & Phil
Cons: Nothing is was all brilliant
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good but nothing exceeding any expectations. Bar service was good including price was money!
Cons: Nothing comes directly into my mind!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was good for both tourist areas and station.
Cons: We were given a ground floor room which while bigger presented noise issues from meals and reception areas and also concerns re privacy and security. An upstairs room would have been preferable
5,4 Okay
Pros: Lovely and friendly receptionist
Cons: Furniture was aged, garden was unkempt and rooms were very very tiny.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was lovely and cool, free coffee in reception throughout the afternoon was a welcome touch.
Cons: Thought that maybe the breakfast was a little overpriced at €17 compared to other hotels I have stayed in. The walls seemed rather thin and I could hear quite loudly the guest in the next room, but neither of these would stop me staying at this hotel again.

Pros: Breakfast was good but exactly the same everyday. After 9 days, it would have been nice to have a little bit of a variety. At the same time, the food was good, the patio beautiful and in general the morning staff was nice (a couple of times the staff seemed tired and grumpy).
Cons: Nothing I did however, lose my "black noise cancelling earphone" in a black case there room 470. I have not been able to contact anyone from the hotel about it. The phone number will not work and any web services I use say... "it won't go through". I would appreciate knowing if they were found and if I could get them back. I was with the Blue Walk Group and checked out of Sunday, September 29th. Kim Lisenbee

Pros: Location was good, silent street very close to several restaurants (5 mins walk) and shopping street (7 mins). Hotel"s garden ws really relaxing. I did not see the pool as I didn't really go down there but having a glass of wine at the garden felt nice.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, quiet room, helpful staff, good food and handy location. Interesting art and quirky touches.
Cons: Everything was really fine, we have no complaints although my husband struggled with wifi, it was quite difficult to install.

Pros: Breakfast was very good, staf. Very helpful
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location just off the Main Street. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely Breakfast.
Cons: Being centrally located off the Main Street there was noise during the night from revellers and also from early morning deliveries to shops. You can't have it both ways though. If you want peace and quiet stay in the countryside.
7,9 Good
Pros: The gentleman at reception was brilliant. The location was exceptional, especially if you need to get to the main train station or the airport (very near the airport Tram).
Cons: The only downside to this hotel was the soundproofing between bathrooms! You could hear everything going on in the bathroom next door.
7,5 Good
Pros: I skipped breakfast
Cons: When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist took payment. Once I had paid she told me I would need to wait for one hour before my room was ready. Not good! I had just come from the airport, I was tired and wanted to have a shower asap. If the lady had told me this before I paid, I would have gone to another hotel. Or even better, when I made the reservation and told them my arrival time, they should have told me my room would not be available when I wanted it. For her to to take payment and tell me afterwards was annoying! Later on I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my room. Another lady from reception called my room to tell me to come downstairs and collect the pizza. I asked if she could send the guy up to my room to deliver it. She said “no you must come and get it yourself”. First of all, rude! Secondly, leaving my room was the last thing I wanted to do at this point. As I mentioned before I was tired after and had come from the airport. I was wearing my pyjamas. The last thing I wanted was to change in to my clothes and go down to reception. I felt really irritated by this. There was no reason at all for her not to allow the delivery guy to deliver to my room. Plus, when I got to the reception she looked at me in a disapproving way. Super unprofessional lady!!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, good breakfast, big room.
Cons: Although great location a bit noisy, bathroom facilities could be better.
7,9 Good
Pros: Nicely presented hotel, clean room and spacious enough
Cons: Our aircon was broken, so the room was so hot! The lift is tiny and barely fits suitcases and the whole hotel feels quite cramped, so considering it was a fair while away from all the major attractions, it was probably too expensive given what it had

Pros: The neighbourhood is beautiful the best street around the area
Cons: Only the sink in the washroom was small
4,6 Okay
Pros: Did not eat at hotel
Cons: Very very tired decor and poor finish, mould in bathroom, whole hotel in desperate need of a repaint and some proper care. Not in any way a 4* hotel.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The hotel had a great location to explore Nice main areas and the hotel itself is charming on the outside and lobby area. We also enjoyed the water machine to avoid using plastic and refill our bottles.
Cons: Sadly this hotel did not meet our expectations from the pictures and other reviews. For a boutique hotel, it is very lacking and while the idea is cute, it falls short in execution. The linens were not super clean and the tub had mold-looking stains all over the border. Lastly, the wifi was by far the worst we had in all of the south of France. For the price paid, we were expecting a lot more.
9,2 Excellent

Pros: Location was great
Cons: No WiFi for three days, gym machinery not well maintained
6,7 Good
Pros: Hotel is cool with interesting art, tennis court and nice pool area. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. Small spa with steam room and a real sauna is also a bonus.
Cons: Hotel is beautiful on the outside but it leaves you cold inside. I felt it lacks some personal touch. Some staff even lack customer service attitude; for example, I was looking for a house keeper and run into a lady from the reception, and she just said to me ”I’m not a cleaning lady”. Nothing like ”What’s your room number, I’ll pass your message to the right person”. I got the impression that some of the staff behaved like they were working in an art exhibition rather than in a hotel. However, when I finally found the housekeeper, she was very nice and friendly. Also breakfast was pricey for what you get. You should also be aware that you need your own car because the access to bus transportation was difficult (reception could not even give us proper directions to a bus stop).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpfull, restaurant food has improved immensely since our last visit and is value for money.Location is great for visiting St Paul or Vence .Nearby is a wood where you can walk your dog.
Cons: Breakfast could have been a little bit better for the amount you pay.

Pros: Fantastic atmosphere. The staff were amazing and helped out a lot! You can leave your bags at the hostel after you check out. The lockers are very spacious and had different compartments. Location was 5 mins walk from the train station and it's easy to find so happy days. You get curtains for your bed for privacy. The beds didn't creak! It was great having unlimited hot drinks from the machine with your booking.
Cons: Bathroom was a bit small and could do with a shelf or pegs or something for your clothes and towel. I stayed in a 4 person room and it was a little bit cramped but nothing major.

Pros: Clean, modern, comfortable. Staff was very nice. Great breakfast.
Cons: No where to eat. We checked in the afternoon before our flight the next day. The hotel only had a few chip selection, and they were out of coke and orange soda...only ginger ale. We hadn’t eaten all day, and we were really hungry. We had to take a tram into town since there was nothing in or around the hotel.

Pros: Good breakfast and perfect location to catch the tram to the airport or city. Friendly staff throughout
Cons: Bed was firm but OK.

7,0 Good
Cons: Hotel rooms were very small and not furnished well, bathroom was old.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here after arriving late from the US and before leaving early to return. The room had everything we needed to rest. Breakfast was very good. Close access to a very good public transport system.
Cons: There are no decent restaurants nearby but an overwhelming number a tram ride away. It would have helped for the staff to be equipped with a list of restaurants to choose from. The room was very small. For us that wasn't a problem as we were only there to sleep.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Just needed to be near the airport for a early morning flight. Great price and an excellent breakfast!
Cons: Didn’t have any complaints
6,8 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean and relatively comfortable. Bedding was nice. Parking garage below could be purchased from desk at 15 euros/day. It was a very reasonable price compared to the regular garage parking.
Cons: The hotel was very difficult to find. Getting from the parking below to the hotel was complicated as there is no signage in the garage as to where you need to go to get to the hotel. The temperature in the room was very cold and could not be warmed up as they had switched to air conditioning mode only. Had to go to the hotel next door and ask for ice. The printer did not work to print boarding passes. Only a couple TV stations were in English and all but Disney was news.
7,9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, very busy but made time. Comfy bed.
Cons: Free shuttle both ways, but didn't manage to get an answer at the airport end even with the help of the information centre. The tram was fine.

Pros: Great location - good hotel - lovely garden and serviceminded crew. All you need if you want to stay close to the beach and promenade in Nice. Loved breakfast in the garden & everyone was very friendly.
Cons: Our room was quite small - but still nice and clean - served the purpose of one night good sleep.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so helpful, from the beginning to the end of our stay, they were friendly, efficient and happy.
Cons: We were on the 4th floor, however the lift only goes to the 3rd, generally not a problem, however I did have a slightly strained ankle which may it a little difficult.
7,7 Good
Pros: Room was nice, plenty of space for our family of four, beds were comfortable. It's close to the train station and a very short walk to the beach/water, and the main street with shopping and restaurants. Couldn't have been a better location and the neighborhood was quiet.
Cons: Had an incident where the staff told us our breakfast came with the room, then they later charged us for breakfast. Staff member said he never told us that, even though he gave us a tour of the breakfast room. We paid, but were surprised that the hotel basically accused of lying. A 4 star hotel at that price has clients like us who can afford breakfast, so it was strange that they made us feel as if we were trying to skip out on our bill. Other than that, we had a nice stay and the staff was very accommodating.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a spacious room with a large bathroom separate shower and a separate bath and shower overhead (2 showers). The breakfast was good worth getting the package. The staff are lovely and very helpful, all spoke great English too.

Pros: Location was great
7,0 Good
Pros: A very roomy and comfortable bed with a small balcony room.
Cons: No dinner facilities and a longish walk to the old town, a hotel shuttle to the old town would have been great.
5,8 Okay
Pros: We paid to have the breakfast, it was ok nothing special. cooked breakfast was poor food was cold.
Cons: We paid for a superior room, I would hate to see what the standard was! I was very disappointed we only had a shower awful. Although there are tea and coffee facilities in the room make sure you buy water as the hotel only provided one small bottle on the first day. Staff were helpful and polite, The hotel was very basic it looked lovely in the pictures. Best bit we were very central.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location, staff were very friendly and helpful.Bar was great and had nice views. Our room had a magnificent view of the Avenue Des Anglais and was very comfortable. Coffee / Tea in room was nice touch.
Cons: I would have loved a face cloth in the bathrooms. I know many hotels in Europe do not use them however North Americans do.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location location location Great front office staff n parking is adjacent .
6,2 Good
Pros: View of sea from our bedroom
Cons: It was a very expensive Hotel to not have access to the swimming pool within the price. This is an additional €30. we paid nearly €200 a night not good value not including breakfast. Not what I expect from a 4 star.
6,7 Good
Pros: Great location and fantastic views
Cons: Shower had really low pressure which made it hard to take a shower; SPA not included in price; we arrived at 9am and asked for an earlier check-in given we had only one night stay. We were not checked in until 3pm and asked to check out at 11am (again reception refused to give us a late checkout on a Sunday). Overall, I would expect much higher level of service from such a hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were amazingly comfortable
Cons: Late check and it’s little loud on street/ sea view side but in avoidable.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and friendly staff.

Pros: Lovely hotel. Decor and furnishings first class. Staff friendly and competent.
Cons: Nothing that the hotel could have done but it is close to the traffic and there could have been a problem at busy times in hot weatherther.
