Pros: Very good food from room service, 2 minute shuttle to the airport, a large heated pool, and friendly staff. This was a surprisingly great place to spend the night before a morning flight out of town.

Cons: Breakfast cost 14 Euro, which seemed a bit steep since that price was not listed anywhere. Food was excellent, however.

Pros: The shuttle service was easy and efficient, the room clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast was good! The hotel is perfect if you need to stay close to the airport.

Pros: Convenience to airport terminal and car hire (1 minute by car). Very efficient free courtesy bus from airport terminal (came within 2-3 minutes after calling from free terminal phone). 24 hour clean swimming pool (towels provided)/ poolside area. Nice, quiet clientele. Definitely recommended- our holiday started with this hotel stay instead of later on as you don't feel you're at an airport hotel.

Cons: Breakfast (though reasonable selection) a bit pricey- 11 Euros per person. Best to book room online as difference for us was 40 Euros when we booked our last night at the desk as we liked the hotel so much (but of course you can never fully tell if you like the hotel until you get there initially)

Pros: The swimming pool was a good size and pleasant to swim in and sit near - a really good facility if, like me, you reach the airport then just want to stay put till your flight in the morning. It was also easy to use the navette to and from the terminal.

Cons: Some decor probably needing a bit of a facelift, e.g. carpets, but in fact there were some tradesmen doing some renovation there.

Cons: Their official address is far from the actual hotel. We arrived to Aix-en-Provance at 2 a.m. and spent more than an hour trying to find the location. Very annoying. The receptionist could not guide us either so by pure luck we got on to a highway that eventually took us to the hotel. Part of the reason why we booked this hotel was due to the location and to our surprise the hotel was 10km from the given location.

Cons: Horrible location! Good for getting to the airport, but in a huge industrial estate. Very difficult to find. Nothing else in the locality apart from factories and big trucks thundering about. I think next time it would be worth paying a bit more for a nicer hotel. Also the restaurant buffet is supposed to be e14 for two people. Beware! There is a centre table with salad & deserts on and a table in the corner with chicken, beef, rice & potatoes on. We ate the chicken from the corner table, then ate some melon from the centre table for desert. They charged e28 saying we ate 2 buffets each! Beware! Each table in the room is a 'buffet' - No sign to tell you and I've never see that before in any hotel in the world!

Pros: They promised a take away breakfast because we had a very early departure and checked out of the hotel at 4:45. There was no takeaway breakfast at all and the breakfast bar was not set up that early. And the kitchen was closed the entire time we were there and there was Very limited food available. And there was no restaurants near by.

Pros: The restaurant staff were very good - friendly and attentive. The quality of food in the restaurant was also good for this type of hotel. The pool was clean, well located and of a good size.

Cons: The shuttle bus service was terrible! On arrival at the airport, we called the hotel 3 times before the bus arrived - we ended up waiting 1.5 hours for the bus and got no apology. We booked this hotel specifically for proximity to the airport only to find out at check in that the bus didn't go to the airport the following morning early enough for us to make the flight -we had to pay 30€ in a taxi.

Pros: This is a great hotel for a family needing a place to stay nearby for the night while waiting on a morning flight. We stayed here four years ago when it was a holiday inn. The current incarnation of this hotel is much improved. Very friendly and attentive staff, nice pool, and great food. We left for our morning flight refreshed.

Cons: Desk attendants were rude and not very cooperative. Since it was Sunday night the restaurant was not open. We had to order room service. There were 6 in our group and we asked to eat in the lobby or restaurant so we could sit together. We we told NO, not possible, we had to eat in our rooms.

Cons: The room (No. 9) had a very bad smell (smoke). The walls in the bathroom were very dirty with a thick layer of nicotine. The bedlinen smelled after smoke. This is all due to a strong ventilation system in the bathroom and a smokers possibility just before the front door.

Cons: The air conditioning box existed but had not been wired in - the only window opened onto a walkway and could not be left open. As a result, the room was too hot and had the odour of stale tobacco. The decoration was tired and the bathroom was stained with damp.

They could have check with booking about my tel number but they did not. No one knows where the hotel is. Cheap but really no service back so I would not recommend it

The staff were extremely helpful, getting up at 3am to let us in after we got lost and took 4 hours to find hotel! Our fault not knowing Marsielle instructions were sufficient.

Pros: To have a rest for a nignt during a long trip, it is the perfect choice: a value hotel and a cheap but good restaurant (Campanile botel) just in front of, with 15 per cent discount. If you need accomodation for two or more nights, it is not the botel for you
