Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel, especially criticizing the lack of a proper breakfast despite it being advertised, poor cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms, and unhelpful or absent service. Several reviews mentioned dirty rooms, lack of daily cleaning, and misleading breakfast offerings. Some guests noted that the staff was friendly in isolated cases, but overall, the negatives far outweighed any positives.
