Pros:It was a horrible experience
Cons:The lady said my reservation through your site meant nothing and I was stranded at the Montgomery Airport for 24 hours.... I will not be using Kayak ever again and will not recommend this to anyone I know...
Cons:We flew to Montgomery Alabama because hertz said they had a rental car. We took an Uber from the airport to hertz and when we arrived they said that we didn’t have a car and that the system was letting people reserve cars even though they had none. We had a reservation number and a confirmation email that said no need to call we have your car. We were stuck in the middle of Montgomery Alabama and had to take a $400 Uber ride to Florida to get a rental car. They were not sympathetic or understanding. I will be sharing my experience with hertz on every platform I possibly can to ensure no one rents from them.
Pros:Staff was nice and helpful.
Cons:Asked for full size car and paid for one, definitely did not get a full size car
Pros:Car was ready when I got there, clean, full of gas & ready to go, plus it got very good mileage
Cons:Can't think of anything, maybe a 50% discount
Pros:I felt like a star ⭐️ or maybe ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ renting from this Avis. The clerk who issued my car was very knowledgeable in local amenities and optimal rental features. I walked up to my car and couldn’t believe I was riding in style. The American compact is much bigger than the European style I was expecting. Car was very modern, all the bells and whistles. Made my travels around Montgomery a pleasure.
Cons:Adding pickup/return to the parking signs. Only because I was a little uncertain if I should park the same place I picked up. But when I couldn’t find any better guidance I just went for it and it worked out

Pros:The staff at MGM Airport was friendly, efficient and very helpful. I liked the car, in general. The access to the car rental parking for pick up and drop off is very convenient.
Cons:The Tire pressure light went on soon after we picked up the rental. This has happened now with the last 3 cars that I have rented from various agencies in different parts of the world, so I did not panic as when it happened the first time, however it did mean personal time taken away from my day to keep checking the tire pressure. The interior of the car smelled like previous renters had smoked in it. I know that isn't Avis' fault and they now have a document to sign for smokers. As a non-smoker however, getting into a smelly car is unpleasant.
Pros:Pick up agent in the drop off agent were very kind and extremely knowledgeable about different questions that I had prior to purchase and also after.
Cons:The car's room but that is more than manufacturer and also my overestimating space.
Pros:car was there is the best you can say
Cons:Could move a bit faster or at least with some sense of urgency to more customers out. Also was told and signed for a full tank of gas and was missing one quarter of a tank. I had already signed at the counter because who would believe they would get a car with less than a full tank.
Pros:the woman at the counter was very nice and pretty efficient. Drop off was quick and easy as well
Cons:They didn't honor the price that I was quoted. It should have been $165 and instead they charged me. about $30 more. Said some baloney about the airport fees not being added in. The price said it already included taxes and fees. When you are standing at the check out counter needing your car, they have you over a barrel. I'm sure that that is their plan. What can you do? You have to have a car, you are in a city that is not your hometown and you have no choice but to pay. Not a very honest way to conduct business

Pros:The pick up location was the airport. Their system said it was on the other side of town. They wanted me to pay extra to get it at the location I made the reservation at I refused to pay extra and got it at the airport
Cons:Employee should exercise common sense and read the documents presented by customer
Pros:Good customer service and nice, new and clean car.
Cons:Safety light was initially on when I started to drive but eventually turned off.
Cons:My flight was delayed, I made it so late to my destination that I had to cancel the rental... and guess what? they kept the money... NO REFUND, NOT EVEN A PORTION, THEY KEPT IT ALL RENTAL AND INSURANCE.
Pros:Low one-way rate and a sweet upgrade to a Challenger, fun drive
Pros:I was impressed with the ease of picking up the car and the drop off. For some reason, some agencies can take a half hour to get you into the car. At the counter in MGM, it was easy and it was fast. The car was new, clean and performed wonderfully. Very positive experience.
Pros:Good price for rental.
Pros:The staff was great. The pick up and drop off was good.
Cons:The car was nasty and had a smell.
Pros:Good gas mileage, Plenty of room, Vehicles was very clean
Cons:Staff had more personal conversations with themselves than with me. They acted like I wasn't there.
Pros:I liked the email confirmation.
Cons:According to the email confirmation, I arrived before 7pm to pickup the vehicle and the customer sales rep informed me they had no available vehicles and it wasn't guaranteed any would be available. Such an inconvenience! So I went to Hertz and they did have vehicles.
Pros:I really love how they tried there best to work with me. I loved the customer service!!!
Cons:The only thing I didn't like is the pick up drop off service. The wait was very annoying, but all in all a great experience!!!

Pros:The people at the downtown office of Montgomery Alabama were very apologetic and were very accommodating. Very Professional
Cons:I booked this through Kayak and it wasn't at the airport location. I had to pay a taxi $25.00 to get me to the downtown location. I was very irate and tired after a long trip. The least Enterprise could do was have someone take us to the downtown location for free. On kayak, it should give us a choice of the location we want. We have no clue.
Pros:Super efficient helpful service, great lady there we interacted with. Such a brilliant deal we had. So glad we rented from a local location and not the airport.
Pros:It was awful experience.
Pros:DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, They were not there, they did not have any cars, left stranded at the airport ( two other people as well) and now I am fighting to get my money back. Poor service, poor site ! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, call a company directly. I can't get my money back for a car I didn't get.
Cons:If I will not rent from your site and call the car company directly!
Pros:Very helpful. But he said that they were booked and that third parties do not know it till the customers already purchased the care from the third party.
Cons:I showed up. No one was at the kiosk. The sign said go to the Hertz counter. He told me Dollar didn't have a car for me, even though I had a reservation. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to refund my money. I had to call my credit card company to refund it. Dollar was a disaster.
Pros:I didn’t like anything
Cons:I never rented the car. The customer service was rude
Cons:They didn't have a car for me
Pros:There wasn’t any staff there. Just a sign saying they didn’t have any cars available even though I had reserved one already.
Cons:Actually having a car, or at least communicating with me about not having a car after I already had a reservation

Pros:Drop off was a little confusing but we figured it out. Mainly because Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty all combined their locations at airport. Little heads up would have been nice.
Pros:Absolutely nothing. I have no idea how my experience did not constitute fraud and will be complaining to every authority I can think of.
Cons:Despite paying for my reservation days in advance, when I arrived there were not even any Thrifty staff at the airport. A Hertz employee informed me that Thrifty had rented out all their cars and gone home, but would honor my reservation the following day when possible. I was staying in town for two days. What does "reservation" mean if not that my car was reserved? Why would you rent a reserved car to someone else when I already paid for it in advance? How can someone "honor" my reservation after it is too late to use it?
Pros:Pick up in Hope Hull Montgomery Airport, Alabama, was OK. I reported rub marks to the agent at the airport on the form provided. The car was clean but did have rub marks on the outside, which were documented by photos before the car was moved. Dropped car off as rented at Dayton International Airport, Ohio before 9:00am and deposited the keys in the drop box before 9:00 am. Convenient BUT RISKY.
Cons:NO Honesty in charging, integrity, communications = ALL lacking! NO receipt every provided by mail or email. I was charged $137.37, not the $117.39 quoted, with NO explanation and NO communications. Bait and Switch. I dropped the car off at Dayton International Airport as directed on Sunday morning before 9:00 am. No agent was there so paperwork was deposited in box as directed by signs. I filed a left item report on line as directed by Thrify on a CD left in the car - nothing done and nothing said. NO communications. I have photos that there was no damage to the car. I feel cheated. I feel like a theft has occurred in the taking of additional money without explanation. POOR business practice. DISHONEST business practice.
Pros:The Thrifty staff wasn't there. A Hertz agent assisted me.
Cons:There no cars available
