Pros: Secluded with beautiful landscaping and incredible breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything...the property was large and inviting. Peaceful and comfortable...
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Meritage is one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed. The owners, Bob and Karen, are fabulous hosts and think of literally EVERYTHING! From the bottomless jar of homemade cookies to the guest refrigerator stocked with complimentary Ben & Jerry ice cream - to the breakfast scones that melt in your mouth to accompany the hearty breakfast of fresh fruit, main course (fritatta and gourmet french toast when we stayed there!) to the nightly wine tastings of our hosts' own winery- Cinq. We look forward to staying with them again in the future!
Cons: Everything was perfect! There isn't one thing I can think of that we didn't like!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Every hotel and inn should be like this, clean, friendly, with excellent personal service. Bob and Karen have a beautiful inn in a gorgeous setting. I had the best breakfast there. Bob even gave me extra apricot scones to take back home for my husband. He baked them himself. Karen's cookies were also out of this world. I didn't get a chance to try their wine but next time I am in Seattle, will definitely stop by and try some.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful surroundings, fabulous breakfast (and snacks!). Very comfortable room. Workout room. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING.
Cons: Not a thing...
9,6 Excellent
Cons: Mattress was way too soft
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The inn really was incredible! The innkeepers have provided for and thought of every little thing one would want for comfort, including yummy homemade cookies, drinks, and snacks. The inn is beautiful, and the setting so lovely! Thank you, Meritage Meadows!
Cons: I can't think of anything!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Private and quiet lush, green setting. Lots of seating to read and relax both inside and outside. Lovely breakfast in dining room or packed to go. Able to accommodate food sensitivities. Lots of snacks, tea/coffee, freezer, and microwave always available in common areas. Wine tasting and incredible information shared on history and creation of each wine in the evening by the owner. Fridge and deep soaking jetted tub in each room.
Cons: Not having a TV in each room. There is a large media room in the basement, but it’s not as convenient as having it in your room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional stay. Really friendly and personal atmospher.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a exceptional stay. The inner keepers care and attention to detail was outstanding. The environment surrounding The Inn was so relaxing. It was tough to leave for felt like leaving family behind. Love it! Would highly recommend staying here.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The inn is surrounded by lush greenery, my first reaction upon arrival was that I don’t need to leave, but could just stay for a whole week, or even months. The facilities are excellent - jacuzzi with scented bath salt, reliable Wifi, tea, cookies, office printer for urgent matter, etc, more importantly, Bob and Karen are excellent hosts, and very attentive. Every evening, Bob hosts a wine tasting of his own wines, which makes the stay much more enjoyable than regular hotel. Breakfast changes daily and is carefully prepared by hosts.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the staff! Also liked that it was by a little park.
Cons: More breakfast items to choose from.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, free parking and a nice bistro. It's close to the parks where all kinds of festivals and farmers markets were going on during the time we were there. Everything is within walking distance.
Cons: We had a king suite and it is in the same area as their banquet rooms that people can rent for parties and such. We only had one instance where we could hear quite a bit of noise. It ended early and wasn't bothersome. Just something to note.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hot breakfast is generous and delicious. The location is just right for us as we have family in the area.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The matress was super comfortable, all room facilities were lovely. The decor in the main section of the hotel, bar and pool were great!
Cons: I wouldn’t change anything.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location a lot. It was close to shopping and easy to get in and out of to where ever we were heading. Breakfast was the best I've had a hotel in a long time. Would definitively stay here again.
Cons: I didn't like the noise from air conditioner in the room it was loud and faced the bed so there was no way muffle the sound. We had to turn it off just to get some rest. The other issue I had was on the second floor we faced the interior side of the hotel which had all the a/c units right outside the window. So every time a guest's ac turned on we had to hear the hum of these machines throughout the night. There was definitely no view from this side of the hotel on this floor. I would prefer a room facing the street next time or a taller floor.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything .
Cons: No almond milk
9,6 Excellent
Pros: All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and well appointed with free wifi. The included breakfast was great. Lots of choices and the omelet bar just topped it all off for us.

Pros: Well designed. Friendly staff. Very nice room.
Cons: The parking was across the street and if the weather had been bad, there was no way to avoid walking in it.

Pros: Very close to Microsoft where I had to attend a summit. Complimentary shuttle in the morning and evening was great. Staff as always very friendly. Room size fantastic. Bed so comfy.

Bed was clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. Loved the variety for continental breakfast and that it was delivered so I didn't have to get dressed and go out to eat!!!!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Ashley was awesome and helped us out a lot yesterday, the 7th.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed in room 224! The beds where so comfortable, such a spacious room as well! Breakfast was great, so many choices and food was tasty! Pool was great and they kept it really clean! Hot coffee and tea all day and night, plus this yummy fruit infused water which was great! Overall it’s a great hotel and we will be staying again!
Cons: The parking garage was a little difficult to drive around in but that wasn’t the biggest deal.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful and when things went wrong they made them right.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, friendly and welcoming staff, within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants.
Cons: We stayed in an accessible room that had a little doorbell on the outside. Something was up with the batteries or something, and the first 2 mornings, early, it went off. Very loud, also flashes a bright white light. Staff was super helpful though!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and good quality
Cons: I was under the impression there would be a hot tub, being a chief reason I booked this particular hotel. Was quite disappointed.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: We liked the beautiful and comfortable room, Clean, comfortable and no signs of any use wear in the room. Bed was great, the couch was comfortable and the desk was handy and appreciated. Bathroom had a huge walk in shower that was also easy to use. The secure parking as part of the deal was much appreciated as was the ease of getting to and in and out of the parking garage. We also liked the breakfast and the nice room that was provided for it. You can walk up to The Colby street down town area but it is a several block up hill walk.
Cons: Due to not booking through the hotel we were given a room with no view that looked at the apartment house next door. That seems to be a deal with online discount rooms though. There was a lot of external noise do the proximity of a major street to the waterfront and Navy base even as high up (6th) floor. That might not bother people who are used to city noises though.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: huge room, comfortable bed, great dinner recommendation.
Cons: no hot tub
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Close to freeway. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had! I give it a +10. The biscuits, turkey sausage, coffee, waffles, muffins, fruit, and more were awesome! They held nothing back! Great staff and great attitude! I would stay there again. The room was big. Very nice bathroom with lots of amenities! I could go on and on but.....I wouldn’t want everyone to find this fabulous property!
Cons: Surroundings were not attractive. Waterview was not as expected but we did have a view. Parking garage fills and spaces are tight. They did allow us to park in front of the building overnight since my car was too large to fit in the two remaining parking spaces.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I was given a room on the fifth story and it had a great water view. The bed was so comfy, nice bathroom, pool, hot drinks 24/7, nice warm breakfast buffet, kind and cheery workers, it was close walking distance to a great Mexican Restaurant, and more...! It was comforting and relaxing being far from home! Thank you for the awesome view room. I enjoyed watching the sunset on the water both evenings!
Cons: Hardly any bathtubs rooms. I am a bathtub person and my stay would’ve been even better if I could’ve had a soaking tub!
7,0 Good
Pros: Location... good parking
Cons: Not water took 10 min to warm up on the 5th floor was a joke.. I didn't get a shower on night #1
10,0 Excellent
Pros: OMG..the girl that checked us in and helped us the next day was awesome!!!. The whole hotel was clean and for the price we paid I would not have thought it would be so incredibly nice..and classy. we will stay there everytime we come over for our shopping trips!
Cons: Honestly the whole stay experience was incredibly great..but if I had to say anything negative it would be the shower could have had more pressure..ya..I know that's weird but its important to some people..

Pros: cookies
Cons: Outside signs say things that happen to your vehicle you assume the risk. Doesn’t feel safe to know that.

Pros: Our family loved the pool facility! Plenty of towels and everything was very clean! The room was quiet. Our room faced away from the freeway. Staff were friendly.
7,5 Good
Pros: The beds were very comfortable
Cons: They weren’t very clear on the continental breakfast. There was your typical make your own waffles, cereal ect, but after serving ourselves we found there is an $8 charge per plate. If there would have been price signs out we wouldn’t have known it wasn’t included. My fault for assuming , but they were also vague. I felt sort of tricked in buying low quality food.

Pros: breakfast was wonderful.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The space the room had.
Cons: We got a handicapped room, wich meant no bath. When I booked that was the next meet one feature I made sure it was included. The second night we stayed there was no parking and we had to park all the way by building 10 which we were staying in room 212. Will not stay there again.
2,5 Mediocre
Cons: I arrived around 10 PM with two co-workers after flying cross-country from Boston. The booking confirmation number for my room and one of my coworkers did not work and, not only did they tell us there was no room for us, but they did not help us AT ALL in finding accommodation for the night. We had to do this entirely ourselves and I even had to follow up with a call and go back the next day to make sure they did not charge my credit card for a "cancellation". Lastly, when I asked for a copy of the cancellation, they DENIED to give me one, saying that they simply did not give copies of cancellations. Terrible, terrible service and horrible experience booking through booking.

Pros: The king suite was AMAZING! We loved the full kitchen and the separate bedroom. The pool was small but clean, as well as the hot tub. Absolutely love the late check out time! I really hope there are similar rooms available at all our vacation destinations!
Cons: The carpets were very dated and puckered in several places in our room. There was also a rather loud large group at the hotel that kept us up most of the night and took over most of the pool area which was very inconvenient and irritating.

Pros: Nothing. The glasses in the room were plastic and cups styrofoam.
Cons: Had to wait for rigamarole at check in and was offered nothing for the inconvenience. The tv did not work well and I felt sullied by an insistence of a $150.00 deposit presumably to cover possible damages??? Never before in my life has that occurred at any hotel motel. The comfort inn would be comfortable if the room charge was not with taxes near $180.00 but rather at the Motel Six rate of $59.99 since they are equal in every other sense. I will never stay at a Misnomer, or, Comfort Inn again.

Pros: Price
Cons: Construction vehicles moving in the middle of the night and then construction starting at 7 a.m. after I'd been driving all evening. Almost no sleep. Not restful at all. No warnings or apologies from anyone.
3,3 Mediocre
Cons: My wife had a sprained ankle elevator was down and we were on the 4th floor. Hallway smelled like marijuana. Loud noise in hallway at night. Was not a pleasant stay.
6,7 Good
Pros: The price of the hotel was the cheapest we were able to find and less than a half hour drive from where we needed to go in Monroe for a family event. We stayed in a room with two queen bed which also had a TV and refrigerator. The pillows were ridiculously soft and comfortable- I will need to invest in one myself! The room was overall clean. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast food, not bad but nothing special (although I especially appreciated the orange juice!). Overall we just needed a place to stay and it met our needs.
Cons: I noted that our estimated arrival time would be between 10am and 11am. I understood that checkout was at 12pm and check-in is 3pm but when we arrived at noon there was still absolutely NO ROOMS available out of all four floors. We were told the hotel was completely booked the night before - I was baffled by considering there were probably only 10-15 cars parked at the hotel. Even after waiting an hour my group was not able to get two rooms next to each other or even on the same floor. We were told we would have to wait another hour to get a room on the same level but we couldn't wait since we needed to get ready for our family event.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.
Cons: Not enough parking. We would arrive late from visiting family and we would have to park on the side of the building. To get into the parking lot of the hotel. We need to do a u turn at the light each time.

Pros: The breakfast
