Buffet breakfast was nothing great compared to price.
Better breakfast options and more coffee in the room.
A great stay at the Hilton
Our room was lovely, it was clean and well appointed. The beds were firm and yet very comfortable. We were at the hotel for a 3-day meeting for business and our meals were amazing.
The elevators in the South Tower were under repair / maintenance and that was inconvenient at times.
Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good food. Great price for what you get
Pay for parking
Great staff. Great quiet location
I liked that when an error was made with my room it was solved quickly
Rooms are nice with balcony.
Pay for parking
Best hotel in area
Overall best value in area
Pay for parking
Hilton would not give me points because of using third party booking. They claim the are the cheapest but that was not true. The hot tub was with the indoor pool with way to many kids. I was surprised that the room did not come with a refrigerator. They did not say that the parking was going to be an extra expense. The balcony was only about a foot wide.
lot of hidden costs... they charged me $35 for parking... wtf? the hotel is not in down town area why charge exuberant charges for parking? just another way of making more money.... just include the price in the room rate goddamit!! also, the cleaning staff left their laundry bag in my room.... i asked the receptionist to get it out..... nobody ever did......
Pay for parking
Parking is extra $16 per day which sucks if you were looking for a great rate online. Food is expensive on the menu. Bottle of water was $6 in their store. Everything was pricey.
Overall nice place
Have to pay for the parking
We were celebrating our 30th Anniversary and the staff sent up a small fruit bowl and bottled water. That was very nice of them.
Staff was very courtious and helpfull, food was excelent and restaurant/ lounge was very nice and relaxing met some very nice people there.
Would be nice if the hotel would have a shuttle service to and from air port ( this is not a complaint but is something that I did not like )
Enjoyed having squash courts available as well as the water slide and pool for the kids
It was a nice room and the breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. The waitress I had was sensitive and friendly as well as helpful.
It was a little cold in my room and the set up meant there was a lot of walking to get to my room.
there was no safe or a mini fridge in hotel room
Nice rooms, pool, the shop that is open until 11pm, the available taxi.
Having the TV in those cabinets, when opened its door will compromise the space in the room.
Very quite and got a great sleep
Our booking said breakfast was included (we have it in writing) but at the time the hotel clerk in the morning said it was not and was very definite. we had not taken the written booking with us to prove it to him.
The hotel was very clean, the rooms bright and comfortable.
I have stayed here before, but as always the staff were freindly, the service was excellent, rooms clean and a cut above and it was really good to have breakfast included by booking through booking.com
