Overall experience was good. Easy pick up and drop off. Car was returned on time and with full gas, However, I was charged more that the quoted price on my receipt. In process of disputing this extra charge.

Overcharged by $6/day for a 62 day rental. Figured out I was being overcharged. Brought it to their attention. They refused to fix it. Promptly returned the car. Was then charge $580 after returning the car (after already paying). DO NOT USE BUDGET.

Horrible service/ experience. Why no one called when I was Uber to get my car they were all out. They didn’t even cancel my rental. I still had to do it even though they didn’t had the van. Please consider other car rentals.

The car was filthy! Dirty, dusty, full of food crumbs, and terrible smell! My return time was 10am. I arrived by 10:30 and they charged me for an extra day no matter how I argued the issue! By the end I just wanted to leave! But an absolute racket! And then they wanted to charge me an airport fee when we are not at the airport and it’s just a scam! Do not rent from either Budget or Avis at this location!

Pros:

The pick up and drop off was pretty easy.

Cons:

Old food left from previous renter. This shows how they didn't clean the car beforehand. Also, the previous renter left their paperwork with all of their information in the glove compartment. I shouldn't be able to know the details of the previous renter. Again, shows how they didn't clean or look through the car.
