Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly report poor cleanliness, outdated and poorly maintained rooms, and bathrooms in bad condition. Many mention discomfort due to broken or missing amenities, lack of air conditioning, and noise issues. However, the location is frequently praised for its proximity to metro stations and local conveniences. Staff are sometimes described as friendly, but this does not compensate for the hotel's significant shortcomings.
