Pros: GREAT THANKS TO ALL STAFF
Cons: -
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice view, close to the beach and to the main town atractions, very comfortable breakfast time- till 11 am!- so there is no need to hurry up so early in the morning , especially after "compulsory" evening drinks :) :) :)
Cons: A mini bar was poorly looked after. So was the outside swimming pool with dirty bottom and stairs. The water however was nice and clean. The toilets in the Main Hall were closed and a room card couldn open them

5,4 Okay
Pros: I liked location a lot, quick access to the beach. Suite was spacious.
Cons: Sheets were dirty and besides asking staff multiple times to change it it was never done. Also the pool is 5m long, photos are deceiving
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The studio was very spacious with a lot of space for myself, but I think there would be enough room for 2+2 family. In the room you have all basic kitchen tools in case you would like to cook a dinner or prepare breakfast. Huge advantage over other hotels is huge underground parking with price lover comparing to full day of fee on the street.
Cons: The staff should pay a little bit more attention to cleanliness. In overall the room and all facilities are clean but if you look closer, paintings on the wall, table-pool room are rather dirty and covered with last year dust.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The open yet protected space: 4 buildings in the semi-forest next to the beach, close to the town reachable by a beautiful promenade. In the property you may find attractions for kids.
7,9 Good
Pros: Great breakfast, nice complex and lot to do for kids. Flat big enough and ok, although minimally equipped (4 forks, 4 knives, 1 cutting knive, 4 glasses, no wineglasses..)
Cons: Cleaning: found used tissues and a towel under sofabed, also spa area and toilet at lobby were dirty and lockers not functioning. Guy at spa really not pleasant for a foreigner!!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The buffet was amazing, divers and had also good options for vegetarian diet.
Cons: The door connecting sauna rest room and the swimming pool was not closing properly, when children played in the pool there was no way to rest after the sauna.
6,7 Good
Pros: Perfect location and spacious apartment
Cons: Dirty glasses in cupboard, tasteless breakfast

Pros: Location was pretty good.
Cons: The blonde lady at the pool was extremely mean. My sister came to visit me at the pool with her kids and I agreed to pay for them. I already pay for this average looking hotel $240 per night and also for my family to use the pool $30 extra. I told them to charge my credit card but they still tried to kicked my sister out of the the pool. She also charged the kids even though they could stay in my room free of charge. The lifeguard was scolding everyone for every minor reason. Definitely not worth the price you pay. In the big metropolitan European cities I paid less money for a bigger room and super friendly staff. Do not stay here. Bad customer service for a premium price average hotel.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location to the beach
Cons: Need better WiFi
9,6 Excellent
Pros: spa
Cons: not enough vegetarian and vegan options in the resturant.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Upscale hotel on the beach promenade in popular bathing town. Nice beach. Pool and spa area in hotel. Very good breakfast. Good a la carte restaurant. Garage parking available. Most staff speak German, some speak English. The town is crowded in the afternoon and evening, but quiet at night (Międzyzdroje seems to be a family and couples resort, rather than a gathering place for binge-drinking youth!). By Polish standards the Aurora is expensive, but with good value for money.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very central, right in front of the beach.
Cons: Looks very old fashioned. The room didn’t really match the pictures. And the bed was not comfortable.
Spa Baginski & Chabinka - Międzyzdroje - Building

6,3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was really Nice with several options and fruit
Cons: The stuff was not so friendly neither helpful upon arrival. We asked for parking options it could Have been better explained.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was nice, pool was very nice and so was the Jacuzzi. We used the good restaurant and we liked the proximity to the beach. Parking is a bonus in busy Miedzyzdroje in high season. We even had a balcony but did not need it.
Cons: We had a room above the kitchen and had some smells but nothing too irritating. The cleaning start too early for a holiday hotel. We could hear the hoover starting at 8.
7,5 Good
Pros: Tranquilo y limpio
Cons: Very poor communication skills, only German and Polish speaking. No English or French spoken or any other language.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It wasn't crowded
Cons: I'm missing classic lobby bar, just to sit and have a drink, TV... They have kind of bar, but not as lobby bar

6,7 Good
Pros: The bedroom was quite big and modern The garden is quite good and I liked that they had billiard tables
Cons: The receptionists were not friendly and the waiters seem grim. The hotel lacks warmth in its design as well the people who work there.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel with friendly staff. I was in nice single room with a confortable bed and clean bathroom. Parking for cars and very good breakfast
Cons: nothing
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is great with a good selection. The internet was working everywhere in the hotel at a very good speed. In addition, the rooms was very clean and the bed very comfortable.
Cons: The spa facilities are not the greatest as they are a little outdated. They have 2 jacuzzi but only one was working. You could see that these facilities would require a small upgrade. Other than that everything was very clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Spa center
Cons: Coffee
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location - I was on the trip to ferry and hotel was located near main road to Swinoujscie. This was perfect choice for 1 night.
Cons: Place was perfect for 1 night
5,8 Okay
Pros: lots of fresh fruit and variety at the ample breakfasts.excellent physiotherapist/masseur, Hendryk.Bicycles for rent at hotel.
Cons: noise of main road nearby, constant 'background ' music, less-than-comfortable bed and poor pillow. Prices in Miedzyzdroje vastly-inflated in 2018!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable spacious room with sea view. Great even in the winter.
5,0 Okay
Pros: We found that we never need to return to Westina.
Cons: The SPA was closed before 17:00. What can people do in Miedzyzdroj in November? Of course, there are even more ubiquitous German retirees who teach how to go in the sauna properly.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Close to beach, nice sauna
Cons: late check in (3 pm)

Pros: the seaview, the fresh fish near by

Hotel Trofana Wellness & Spa - Międzyzdroje - Building

7,9 Good (858 reviews)
R1 322+
Overview Reviews
When you a stay at Hotel Trofana Wellness & Spa in Miedzyzdroje, you'll be by the sea, within a 5-minute walk of Miedzyzdroje Wax Museum and Miedzyzdroje Pier. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and an elevator. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Very near main coastal road. Lot of restaurants available nearby with great fish selection. Hotel itself is not bad, with wellness area available.
Cons: Although it is no smoking facility, most of the staff smoke like chimneys, this is done just by the main entrance - to get into the property you have to walk through clouds of smoke. Average breakfast selection. With exception for the one on the Easter Day, this one was slightly better. The worst is the coffee served - reheated instant. Even when you ask for something better, which comes with additional cost, it is just a little better from he default. Limited selection of fruits - only canned (pineapples and peaches). Vegetables also mostly limited to picked selection - with exception of tomatoes. Room doors are not so safety and privacy reassuring - wobbly and paper like stuff. Also not well fitted onto frame with quite visible air gaps. Parking at the property - almost non existent, few cars only can fit, could be because of the construction taking place nearby. Offered option is to use nearby paid ones.
7,5 Good
Pros: In overall, the place is good for a holiday. I liked breakfasts, as there is an extensive choice of food, wifi is free and very fast with very good range. Complimentary bottle of wine/champagne is a nice gesture. A balcony is nice. Glad the fridge is working. TV is ok. A bed is comfortable. The place is quiet and reasonably cozy.
Cons: In my opinion, the place is just too expensive for what it has currently to offer. Hotel day is short (4pm-11am). Bathrobes are to be paid separately. In Wellness center, one, small jacuzzi (with a weird, not fresh smell when turned on) and six deck chairs make the place to become crowded quickly. Massage price is near or more than in 5* hotel in nearby Kolobrzeg or Swinoujscie. Although the building and the atmosphere is nice, there is currently scaffolding all around. The parking zone is rather small. The bathroom in a room was tiny but clean. There are no dedicated towels for Wellness zone. No kettle in the room. Would be great to not use the napkins of 1980' style anymore.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had an excellent stay!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Personal, wellness, breakfasts were excellent
Cons: kitchen closed in the evening, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby
5,4 Okay
Pros: 1. The location 2. Breakfast was fine
Cons: 1. No aircondition 2. Construction site right outside the balcony 3. Shared balcony (how hard can it be to separete?) 4. Overhearing 5. Because you have no aircondition, you need to have to balcony door open. Well if the builders works from 07-22 and then after 22 your neighboors comes home and sit outside their side of the balcony, you can figure out the noise level. And if you decide to close the balcony door, the temperature would rise to a level where it wasent able to sleep. 6. The straff could not speak english. 7. The fall protection on the balcony was loose. 8. The music playing at the breakfast was not recognicible due to interference and the straff did not react to it (every morning). 9. Some really bad made repair on a wall in the room, just some plaster, no grinding nor painting.
7,5 Good
Pros: Everything was good without the wifi that was really slow.
Cons: Everything was good without the wifi that was really slow.

Cons: In a hot summer night we missed air conditioner.
6,7 Good
Pros: Fair location, breakfast was good (except for the coffee), clean room, got good advise from the staff.
Cons: Parking costs 35 Zloty ( 9 Euros!) for the night, doesn´t say this in the ad. quite old facilities. Elevator was not working in the morning.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and very helpful hotel and restaurant staff. Thick, personalised towels. Near Netto grocery.
Cons: Buffet was quite ordinary: limited choices to put in sandwiches.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: location of Hotel is nice, brekfest is grand.
Cons: sorry but i don't see nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the friendly service. The breakfast buffet was superb. Beds were comfy. Happy about the fridge in the room. Great location, though any part of Miedzyzdroje is walking distance.
Cons: We did notice that we got two single beds arranged next to each other as opposed to one double bed that we requested.
7,9 Good
Pros: Ideal location not only for the main attractions at Miedzyzdroje (the beach front etc), but close to the transport system for taxi, bus, train etc. For the Viking Slav Festival this was ideal for us, a short train ride away. Lots of local quality restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel had large selection of items to suit all needs/tastes etc. We had a minor problem with curtains on the first day which was rectified by the time we returned. Otherwise staff were helpful & accommodating.
Cons: Lift was out of order for a few days, but I only mention this as my knee was not so good for 3 flights of stairs.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly situated, friendly staff, nice rooms, lots of restaurants around the hotel!! Simply great value for your holiday and pocket!!

Pros: This hotel was remarkably accommodating, particularly for English speakers in a relatively English-free location. The beach was close, the rooms expansive and welcoming, the staff warm and receptive, and the amenities relaxing (sauna, teas, verandas, meals, to name a few). I recommend this hotel--friends of mine recommend as well--to anyone looking.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and perfect with 24 open reception since we arrived 4 am
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Friendly staff. Room perfectly clean.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice beds and big room for four persons.
Cons: Not easy to find.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The facilities, breakfast and location were good.
Cons: The main issue was the hotel's inability to check their paperwork and take payment accordingly. They caused a huge amount of embarrassment to my parents who thought the hotel had been paid. I authorised the payment well in advance of their trip via booking.com so there should have been no issues at the end of their stay regarding an unpaid bill. I am not happy with the hotel's handling of the situation, their incompetent staff and the embarrassment they caused. I routinely book with booking.com and have never experienced this before so I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I would suggest that the staff are made fully aware of how to process payments via booking.com and internationally. I would not book with them again.
6,7 Good
Pros: Good location, friendly stuff, excellent breakfast, good restaurant.
Cons: Small apartment, old furniture.

Cons: Mattress and beds could be cleaner.
7,5 Good
Pros: breakfast not included but very good 5 eur, location close to restaurants, bars, not far to promenade, very spacious tripple room, was clean and tidy, relatively good parking as for center location, must be paid extra as well, room was booked at a last moment in high season and excelent weather so the price was a bit too high...
Cons: no air conditoning,
10,0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best beds ever! Very nice room and bathroom design. Great location!
Cons: Breakfast could be better
7,1 Good
Pros: The location is excellent, literally in the heart of Międzyzdroje, close to transport and shops, not too far from the beach. The hotel's in an old house with beautifully tall ceilings and great windows. I liked the fact that each room is furnished in a different style and very comfortable, with comfy beds, a mini fridge and an electric kettle. Also, if you're a bit of a loner or someone who needs all the peace and quiet they can get, you'll enjoy the fact that the staff leave you alone and no-one bothers you with anything. At the end of our stay, we just left our keys with one of the cleaners and off we went!
Cons: The fact that you cannot really see any staff on the premises, except maybe the cleaning staff, might be a bit of a drawback if you need to contact the owner/manager of the hotel. You are, however, given the number for the owner/manager and told that you can contact them any time, so perhaps this is not much of a problem. For some reason, the hotel had a problem processing my card and I had to pay by bank transfer before arrival, which was a little inconvenient. The rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly - the windowsill inside our room was really dusty and I had to wipe it myself, also the floor could have been given a decent wash. Again, they warn you that the rooms are not cleaned during your stay and that if you stay for more than 5 days, you can pay extra (30 PLN) for your room to be cleaned.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location, helpful staff, arrangement, reasonable price
Cons: Toilet - a room was equipped with toilet "after curtains" with no door. Embarrassing, no privacy.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: I liked the location and possibility to park your car. Besides that anything is hard to find.
Cons: I experienced the worst stay in Poland. Although I come to Poland regularly and I like the country so much this experience would make me feel a different way. We got probably one of the worst room we could, we wanted to pay to change it - no chance. We asked why there are doors missing and why the lamps are not working, the light is blinking etc. - the operating girls just laughed as it was funny. The behaviour was a tragedy. I recommend, dear Manager, if you ever get to read this and if you ever care about what people write about your hotel, oh sorry - Villa Amadea - take a minute to check what is happening here. If missing bathroom door, dirty toilet or a balcony door which is impossible to close is a standard for you then okay and do nothing with it. But your category you are in with the price level in the area offers muuuuch mooore than your Villa Amadea. Get the girls to one of the better hotels/ guesthouses around. Miedzydroje and Swinoujscie have some options to go for a summer job. These girls you employ need it so bad... My experience will never make me come back to Miedzyzdroje. We had to leave earlier than we paid because it was such a disappointment for us. We did not expect a five star hotel, but an easy-going holiday with the basic stuff. We could not even get that. We went to Poland for a few days just one day after our marriage, no one cared - okay, but honestly we did not like it, we did not relax and we were "amazed" how somebody in the hospitality business can act like that. VILLA AMADEA - NO MORE! If you want to lose your guests go on, seems this is your goal.

Cons: It can be a bit noisy place in the night as you can hear many people walking the boardwalk in front of the hotel. The hotel construction is old and acoustic so you can hear guests walking at the room above. It was not a big problem though,

Pros: Great hotel and value for money, the restaurant serves delicious food and there is a discount, i ordered a massage with david was very good.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice and big variety of toppings for the breakfast rolls, comfy atmosphere in the hotel restaurant (also try their dinner menu!). We had a room that faced the sea and could actually see the coast line in a distance of maybe 200m. Big balcony. Room was nicely cut and larger than expected. Bathroom cleanliness was very good.
Cons: The pillows were too hard for our taste, the bed linen had a strange texture to it (rough).
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location very close to the beach as well as to shops and restaurants (the location means it can be a little noisy at night, though). Small hotel. Big, cosy room. Nice breakfast restaurant with possibility to sit outside. Helpful staff.

Cons: The bed was a little bit too soft and also squirky. Wifi did not reach our room on the top floor.
