Pros (+) Location was close to wear I was going while in Miami.
Cons (-) There was no comforter or blanket on the bed. There were only sheets. There were only 2 pillows.

Cons (-) The common areas are dirty. Lot of small debris that have not pickup in a long time. This gives the impression of a neglected place. Also some very deteriorated outside furniture should be removed.
