Underwhelmed. This was my third visit to this facility, and the experience has gone downhill each time. The check-in process was long and involved me walking away from the front desk with keys to a room that wasn't ours (as was noticed when we opened the door to find someone else's stuff in the room to which we had been given access).

Pros (+) Marlene was absolutely wonderful. She picked me up in the shuttle. Friendly smiling face and great conversation. The girls and guys at the desk helped me find everwhere i needed to go and with arranging the transportation.
