Pros (+) The location is very nice with the exception of the night club right next door. It didn't bother us much, but I can see where some would not like the bass so late at night. The room was actually very nice, clean, nice big bathroom, nice living room, needs a little up keep, but really very happy with the room. It is an independent rental and the host was excellent.
Cons (-) Check-in was a little odd. The girl at the counter was either coming off something or really could've cared less if we were there. A stairwell was propped open with luggage for most of the trip. Hallways smell of disinfectant. Honestly, reminded me of a place I stayed at during spring break.
