Cons (-) Everything no rooms relocated us to 29th. Said they would pay for breakfest ubers never happend. Overall they were try hard purchased a 6 pack of beer for us and the front desk giy not his fault. Also paid for our cab not good enough for how much we spent and where we wanted to ne at. We had plans with friends with walking of the property

Cons (-) - $20 "resort" fee they charge on top of the reservation that you can't opt out of. Plus taxes. - Smallish rooms, but decent furniture - A/C was really, really loud

Pros (+) Everything was great here except the shower and bathroom, which I discussed in my negative comments. Otherwise, the decor, staff, location, etc were awesome. We had a great time here.
Cons (-) The shower was dirty. It had mildew or mold growing in the grout. Also, the bathroom smelled like sewage, which is not necessarily the hotel's fault. Sometimes there is nothing that can be done based on the way the plumbing is set up. The only other time I have experienced this though, was at a hostel in Costa Rica. So it was a bit disappointing.

Pros (+) We had a great stay in this south beach hotel. We had a penthouse unit with our own private balcony with chairs and chaises with a fantasy view. The staff was great the room was very large bright and clean. Overall a great time.
Cons (-) The bar was under renovation so no drinks in lobby but who drinks in the lobby anyways.
