Pros (+) The pool & pool staff were amazing! It was such a fun atmosphere and the service was on point. The location was perfect and very walkable.

Pros (+) The pool was heated which was nice as we visited in December. The pool was definitely a highlight of our stay. It was great that we had lounge chairs reserved at the beach with towels. Pros (+) The cuisine at the restaurants was delicious. The pool was beautiful and the beach access a plus. The rooms were well decorated and the staff friendly. The location was also great.
Cons (-) The rooms were small and there were not black out curtains. So, between the "thin walls" (hearing the cleaning staff banging around in the morning) and the light coming into our room, it was hard to sleep much past 7am. The price for drinks was extremely high and I did not appreciate having 19% added for gratuity before I even had a chance to evaluate the service.
