Pros: I'm not a gambler, so it was nice to be in a quite, non-smoking facility. Very clean... We loved the little kitchen. I could live there!
Cons: Change the tennis court into two pickle ball courts. Thats all.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Pool closed
10,0 Excellent
Pros: New and CLEAN. A real kitchen.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet area, great facilities for a stay of any length. Pool area wasn't the cleanest, but still fun.
Cons: Noth8ng
5,0 Okay
Pros: Having a suite at the price of a single room in a hotel, and the kitchen for making coffee and breakfast.
Cons: Housekeeping does not do dishes.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very clean and smoke free! Great location.
4,8 Okay
Pros: Location was nice
Cons: The hotel was advertised as having a pool, spa, and an on location restaurant. Given that it was 110° out and after a long day of travel I was really looking forward to the pool and not having to leave the hotel to go get food. The pool, spa, and the restaurant were all closed down. And not closed for some sort of maintenance or repair, but closed long-term as a regular course of business. However their website and advertising still says they have these things. I told the staff and they just kind of shrugged their shoulders and did not offer any sort of discount even when I told them I would not have booked there had they honestly advertised the hotel. Despite it being 110° outside, they do not maintain any sort of climate control in the room so when I got to the room it was over 90° inside on my top floor room. The rooms do not have a central HVAC system, just one of those wall units. It took until past 9 PM to get the room cool down to an acceptable temperature but the units had to stay on all night long to maintain it, and the units are super loud and obnoxious.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the kitchen
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable and pillows to hard. I realize that is a personal choice
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The furniture was nice and comfortable. The closet was huge.
Cons: The pillows were a bit hard for our taste. When we walked into the room it stunk but it looked clean. We bought some air freshener and later decided that the shower drain had not been used in a while so once we ran water down it for a few minutes the smell went away and it was pleasant.

Eureka also features multiple dining options and meeting spaces.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Only slept for 5 hours then had to leave. The front desk staff was wonderful, very accommodating for us. Our plane from Miami to Las Vegas was delayed for 4 hours so it was much later getting to Mesquite than we planned. We kept in touch with them & were assured our room would be available.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great except the fan in the bathroom
Cons: No exhaust fan in the bathroom
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stay here at least 2 times per year. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. This location is easily comparable with the likes of a Hilton or Marriott but on a smaller scale. From high end dining to a sandwich at midnight, the restaurants in the casino fit any taste and budget. The staff is incredibly courteous and friendly.
Cons: The only draw back (and we are being picky)... no room service.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I love this place
Cons: No refrigerators in rooms
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Environment, price was good.
Cons: The facility was not very convince. No hand wash or soap. The bed was too soft.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice view liked the room
Cons: Bathroom left a lot to be desired probably stay somewhere else next time bad otherwise the room was great
6,0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Room carpet dirty, others hair on pillow upon check in.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: If you stay here and need internet access, ask for a room on the south side of the building - for some reason the WiFi is better. We had to ask them to change our room. Also, the pillows are rock hard. We encountered the same hard pillows in both rooms so it seems to be hotel wide issue.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The coffee maker & bed
Cons: TV to small, shower had no fixtures to hold on to, with no fixtures to hold on there was nothing to sit on, carpet in hall outside of room had areas that were raised causing one to stumble, and water leaked out onto floor. No type of breakfast bar (ie rolls, yogurt, doughnuts, etc.). One night at $90.00 was to high. Would not recommend or stay again. In addition, had no coffee pods for coffee maker. Had to call front desk and was put on hold and for so long I hung up. Then was called back by front desk and I reported the coffee issue and was told they would bring some coffee pods up. Waited for some time then went down to get them myself.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: I asked for help with the TV. Apparently, the proper lady did not get the message. My second call resulted in a prompt response from a very apologetic lady who fixed the TV and gave us another remote.
2,8 Mediocre
Cons: Fridge and microwave in the room, Friendlier staff, the room was just beat up. I’ve been in much nicer 2 star hotels. Extremely overpriced for what you get

Cons: Very basic and really needs updated, which made it appear to not be clean.
6,0 Good
Pros: Good rates for food and lodging.
Cons: All great, except the show stopper and archaic policy of allowing smoking and affecting the health of all non smokers. It is time to wake up and recognize that probably more people stay out of casinos due to smoking than smokers who use the facilities. So sad, so unethical.

Pros: This room was alright for a one night stay while on a road trip. It would not be real comfortable for a long stay. The room was very dark. I realize that it is an older building, but some remodeling would be good.

Pros: Because this was my first time in a Casino, I found it to be very pleasant and comfortable. I especially liked the cost of our meal (don't remember the name of the place inside the Casino). It was not the Buffet. My husband and I do NOT gamble therefore, it was nice to just walk around the Casino. We were on our way to LA, therefore, it was a 5+ hour from Salt Lake City to get to your facility and we found it to be very nice, clean and affordable.
Cons: The ice machine on our floor was inoperable. This is the only compliant I have because my husband and I are in our 80's and having to walk more than we needed to, was not a pleasant thing to do, therefore, we just went without ice. I think you should have more than ONE location for each floor (seeing as the floors contain many, many, many, many rooms.
