I want to start by saying hotel was completely full, so I'm not mad about these, just made it for not a great stay. We Stayed for 4 nights for my teenagers soccer tournament. Our room was only made up once by housekeeping, following the first night. The second day we returned and it was not made up, I went to front desk to get towels and ask why and was told if we stay more than 4 nights they only...

Pros (+) The service was great and the bed was so comfortable! Great suite for the money. We loved it!
Cons (-) More choices for breakfast and better coffee. Still loved it though! Will definitely be back

Pros (+) Our room keys kept malfunctioning, so we had to walk about a block to have them reprogramed. We kept the keys away from cellphones. This walking is problem for me because I am partily disabled.

Pros (+) Got in late in the afternoon and jumped in the jacuzzi.....refreshing. Room was exactly what we needed -- clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. Loved the "make your own pancake" machine.
