The staff was helpful and courteous. The restaurant is vegetarian-unfriendly and does not measure up to other standards at the hotel.

Pros (+) Overall good, clean hotel. I love the 24hr pantry available to elite and platinum members, which has snacks, ice cream and beverages!
Cons (-) Bathroom is bad. You could tell it’s an older hotel they renovated and completely skipped the bathroom. No counter space (bathroom very large), old sink with a 3” lip around it only. Toilet was super high, my feet were almost dangling! And the towels were sandpaper.
