Pros: The hotel really comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. As the hotel is not close to any town, to be able to enjoy a drink with our supper, we ate at the hotel every evening. They have quite an extensive menu so plenty of dishes to choose from
Cons: The building is quite old so not sure if there is a lift. I certainly didn’t see one. There are a few steps and stairs- not a problem for us but maybe for someone who is disabled

Cons: I was woken up at about 1.00 o'clock in the morning by guests in another room talking loudly. This went on until about 3 o'clock in the morning and I had to get up early. Not the fault of the hotel but this has happened on a couple of occasions now and it's a shame really as the food in the hotel and the rooms are excellent but when you have a busy day ahead and need to get up early you need a reasonable nights sleep..
