The room itself is comfortable and the kitchen area as well, did not like the shower, one day, had to let it run for 7 minutes before the water got Luke warm, so did not take a shower that day, then the next day the water got hot after a long time running it before getting in the shower, then while showering the water would all of a sudden get extremely hot for about 30 seconds, then get back to n...

Customer service was exceptional
Pros (+) Room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were excellent! Checking in and out was easy and quick.
Cons (-) The hotel was a little hard to find.
Cons (-) Hot breakfast was a little rubbery, eggs were ish and potatoes were ish. Could have been more fruit. Some of the fruit wasn't very good.
Pros (+) The breakfast was wonderful and the facilities were great.
Cons (-) The counter in the room's bathroom still had the previous guest's makeup on it. The AC was very noisy and hard to sleep. It sounded like bees in a can. When we got up the next morning there were ants all over the counter where the coffee was. When I told the young lady downstairs she just said okay. Won't stay here again for what the room cost.
