Pros (+) The receptionist is not friendly. Her face expression is upset and does not smile.
Cons (-) The carpet is dirty. Bathtub and sink do not drain well. No free breakfast. Spring Field by Marriott gives free breakfast.
Pros (+) Comfortable bed and clean room.
Cons (-) Staff were unenthusiastic, if not actually rude. $10 for breakfast is ludicrous. Bathroom was tiny. There's a noisy road all around the hotel and minimal TV offerings.

Pros (+) The staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was good size with nice equipment. Rooms were decent size with comfortable beds. Complimentary water bottles were nice.

Cons (-) lot of noise. thought there was construction in hotel. Maid tried to hurry us out 2 hrs early. no free breakfast they wanted $6 for continental breakfast and $10 for a buffet!
