Pros (+) Close to everything- the water front - trams/ buses really easy. Good location and decent breakfast.
Cons (-) Taps in the bathroom had wrong handles on them. Hot had cold tap and cold had hot- could be dangerous.

Pros (+) Location was great. Hotel reasonably clean. Just what you need if you plan to stay in hotel for sleeping only.
Cons (-) Guest needs to request the room to be cleaned the night before otherwise room won't be cleaned automatically. We found out after the second night.
