Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location near the beach and city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service quality, including unhelpful or rude staff and slow check-in. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several guests mentioning poorly maintained rooms and common areas. The pool, while appreciated by some, was often described as outdated or in need of maintenance. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, but significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and facilities.
