I liked the prices quoted on the intenet when reserving the car.Cons:
They tried to force me into insurance at 5 times the rental car rate eventhough I explained my credit card covers the insurance. Then they didn't have the car I reserved, so instead of upgrading me for free, they downgraded it and would not lower the price. When they realized I was not going to take the outrageous insurance, they tried to get me to cancel. When I returned the car, they tried again to get more money saying I didn't return it with enough gas. More issues but.... Avoid if you do not want to begin and end vacation with hassles. ..One location in Mazatlán
