Pros: The staff was really friendly and the check in was smooth. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We stayed in a superior room with espresso machine and soft drinks in the minibar. It was great.

Cons: The fact that the hotel ask to block 50€ per person from a credit card,although we had prepaid the room weeks ago,In case we use extras! No extras in the room,fridge unplugged with just two bottles of water which we didn't use and coffee ,tea sugar and toiletries for only two persons although we had booked a three bedroom room! Ok they released the money on our check out but the whole concept was impolite at least.Ventilation was not working properly which is important when Windows do not open and they should change the sink and bathtub as they were really worn out!

Pros: Bed was fine, so was breakfast. Unfortunately not really continental as no eggs etc. mostly bread and pastries.
Cons: Location very bad, public transit into and from the city poor. Even taxi's didn't want to come out on a weekday morning! Staff doesn't speak English. Arranging for a taxi for the next morning at reception took 2 employees, half an hour, and google translate. And then the taxi couldn't even be booked, I got a call just less than 2 hours before I needed the taxi - telling me I should use Uber because staff wasn't able to book me a taxi. Also poor hygiene - mysterious large stains in carpet and hairs of previous guests in bathroom. Bad pillows and airconditioning, but the bed was fine.

Pros: Just stayed in the Best Western.
I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, nice and comfortable. The hotel has a shuttle which takes 7 minutes to the terminal from 5 am to 11:30 pm. The hotel is in need of some remodeling, but overall nice. The staff were friendly. I stayed before at a different hotel in the area that received a much higher rating but liked the Best Western much better.
It is mostly for business.
Cons: The hotel can use some remodeling, the corridors feel dark with poor lighting.

Pros: The bed was super comfortable.
Cons: I booked the Holiday Inn but the hotel has changed the name 6 years ago. Now it's not the Holiday Inn anymore. Be careful. Also, we waited for the shuttle to come at the Orly airport but the shuttle didn't come. We waited for more than 30 min finally took a taxi, we even called the hotel. When we arrived, the shuttle was sitting in front of the hotel no one was in. I have asked an invoice and the receptionist said "Putin" in a very small voice. She didn't know I understand French. The service wasn't great at all. We will never stay there again.

Cons: Dirty moldy rag was on pipes in bathroom. Staff was not able to activate the key so we had to keep returning to front desk. Morning staff was rude and unhelpful. Shuttle to airport was 'on a break' so we had to wait 40 minutes.

Pros: The hotel in general and room in particular were nothing special but at least it was clean. The hotel is close to the Orly airport but don't count on the free shuttle.
Cons: Hotel was listed as having free breakfast when we booked and our confirmation stated the same. However, we were denied breakfast by employees. Free shuttle to the airport could hold no more than 8 and was so overbooked that we had to pay to go to airport.

Cons: 1) Room 225 needs a handyman: -bad smell in the room every evening when I arrived - Toilet door lock sticking out more than 1 cms, hurting me pretty bad when the light was tempered. - bedside light cover loose, falling off several times 2) no WC brush 3) ordered taxi was 'taken/stolen' by someone else. The 2nd one ordered never showed up. We had to walk 2 kms (with a hurt knee) to our appointment, obviously arriving half an hour late. Paying 201€ (breakfast excluded) is double the value received.

Cons: Room was not ready as I ordered a room with seperate beds. They told me to seperate the beds myself and I got linnen to make up my own bed. There was no cover for my duvet. How is that possible? After complaining they told me just to cover myself!!!??!!

Pros: So easy to get to and from Orly airport. A frequent tram service about two minutes walk, cheap and comfortable. Also takes you further into Paris if that's what you want. A really good restaurant in the hotel serves tasty Lebanese food at reasonable prices. Helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Not situated in a particularly attractive part of Paris.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and flexible and allowed me to check in early; I much appreciated this after an overnight journey. They also printed my boarding pass for my flight. The wifi worked well and the TV had lots of channels. I walked both to the hypermarket and the airport. The room was quiet.

Pros: Walking distance from Massy TGV station, quiet office environment at night, direct RER (and TGV!) connetion to/from CDG airport.
Cons: No air-conditioned cooling in the room when Paris recorded 42 degrees. An electric fan was provided in each room. The reception closes at 8pm (7pm in the weekend), so you need to go to the neighboring hotel to get your room key (or retrieve your baggage if you left it before check-in).

Now if we’d refused her to come in how was that in there ?

Pros: Beds were amazingly comfy. Well planned out living space. Lovely swimming pool. Sauna was great. Complimentary coffee in pool area was a nice touch. Complimentary croissants available to take in the opening at reception was really nice. Staff at reception were exceptional. Very friendly and nothing was a problem, they helped with any issues I had without hesitation.
Cons: Patio doors onto balconies weren’t lockable so not child friendly! Had to push sofa bed up against doors for children not to open them. Washing up towel would have been handy to wipe dishes and sugar sachets in with complimentary coffee. Bathroom in particular a little tired in places. Trim missing off wood in bathroom, cracked tile etc. Toilet roll was provided daily by one roll doesn’t go far with a family of five!! Extra roll could have been provided. Pool was a bit cold considering it was heated. Jacuzzi had been emptied so unable to use. Water in separate shower/changing room in room next to swimming pool area was freezing!!

Pros: Location was the prefect where it's east access to RER station and the room was compact for two. We had comfortable stay and the bathroom was very spacious. They had cute Kitchen with all the Cutlery stuffs.

Cons: I did not find in the room such pleasant things as a bottle of water, slippers. The hotel is far away from the center of Paris and it is pretty expensive to travel to the center of Paris from the hotel.
