Exceptionally beautiful and calm Riad. Kind and helpful hosts. We visited many Riads and this really was one of the most charming. It strikes a good balance between authentic, grand and homely.
It was all great. The Riad kindly offered us airport pickup which we said no to. In future, I urge everyone to accept it. When tourists look lost and are carrying bags in this city they will be shouted at and grabbed by people, we had an uncomfortable arrival because we chose not to take up their pickup offer. I urge you to take it as its cheap and easy. Great riad!
Great staff, nice breakfast, great location, very pretty riad :)
The heating in the room did not work for the duration of our stay and it was very cold. We also had a broken light which did not get fixed and the internet connection was also very bad.
Very good owner , perfect breakfast
The air condition didn’t work quite well , hard to find the hotel
A pleasant small hotel for spring and autumn, however Marrakesh is blighted by heavy pollution that makes visiting the place unpleasant.
The hotel is not really set up for wintertime.
The room was disgusting. There was literally blood on the sheets and hair and eyelashes in the pillows. There sink had not been cleaned, nor had the toilet seat. The property’s WiFi did not work and our room was not ready when we arrived. During my stay in Morocco I stayed in 5 star American brand hotels, and $23 riads. This was the worst of Them all and cost over $100. On top of this they demanded cash and when I couldn’t pay with cash tried to get me out of bed at midnight to go to another riad where they took cards. It was completely outrageous. It’s actually shocking how bad it was.
Disgusting, dirty, dishonest, and a fraud. They continued to keep charging my husbands cards after we left, without authorization and tried to charge us VAT twice.
