The owner was nice and helped us with "our stalker." Room and bathroom nice, quiet.
Be careful about guys following you on the street.
The host was very frienly, he did everything he could to make our stay perfect. The pick up from the airport was well eranged. He was all day available for questions, we could call him if he was not there. Luggage could stay when we went to the Sahara for 2 nights. He was even getting up early to walk us safely in the dark to the taxi to the airport. The riad itself was everything you could expect from it, even more because of the good price. Very authentic marokkon riad, beautiful details. Good cleaning every day. Location good, easy to walk to the big square or the souks. Tip; if you dont want to get lost (in the souks) and dont have working internet, download a gps tracker app.
Note; all of the riads in the Medina are a bit noisy, so this one also. Bring airplugs and you’ll be more then fine.
I had a great time in Dar Narjis. The Riad was very quiet and very peaceful during the day and at night and it's very closed to Souks and Jemaa el fna (10 minutes walking). My room was very comfortable and daily housing cleaning is also well-doned!! The service and breakfast was excellent! As mentioned by others, Abdullah (the manager) was really nice and friendly guy, very patient, understanding, available and helpful (he gave me advice where to go and what to see and he printed me my boarding pass). Thank you Abdu!
The staff were just amazing. They helped wherever they could and were very friendly. They even gave us a heating because it’s so cold in January. The breakfast was very yumy. It was not with lots of varieties but that’s what the Marrakechis eat. So no complains at all. We would love to go there again.
The staff is really friendly, the room spatious and cozy.
