We thought the food was very good

We thought the room was too dark

It was good but not 5 star,hotel was massive but rooms ere very backdated but spacious.

no one knew how to speak english.

Great, clean swimming pool.

It was a three star impression throughout.Got ripped off by the reception, they doubled taxi fair to the airport. If we got the same taxi from their own taxi rank outside hotel it would have been 100 Rihad. We paid 200 out of which 100 prob went to the reception staff. Genuinly nice driver embarassed and confused....

Most of teh staff were friendly.

I would nott class it a Five Star hotel despite how it ha sbeen advertised on their website. If you are looking for a clean budget hotel this is fine howver i fyou ar elooking for a five star hotel with all the emanities this would not be it. There were additional charges for using the Gym and room safe which you would expect to be included in the price

the swimming pool area is great.

The restaurants are very expensive. The food is not great. During the breakfast we could see birds going in the pastry baskets and directly eat from it. Staff would see that but would not react. Au bar de la piscine, le serveur avait beaucoup de difficultés a nous rendre notre monnaie. Il fallait toujours reclamer car il nous disait d'aller nous installer au bord de la piscine, et ne repassait pas pour rendre la monnaie.

The room is large, got wifi in the whole hotel, hair dryer, got a basket of fruits on the first day. The breakfast was a buffet and the food was OK. There are a lot of room where you can take a rest.

The location in booking.com is wrong, the hotel is located in semlalia in the north. The Air conditioning doesn't work well. the room service does not check if there are people in the room before entering. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center.

Hotel room is large and confortable.

It is far from city centre, and you surely must take a taxi to get there. The breakfast could be better.
