Cons (-) The rooms aren't set up correctly. We had had a long drive and were very tired. We unfortunately got to hear what the next room was doing all night because their headboard kept hitting our wall. Definitely not good for a family atmosphere. Cons (-) I was going through kayak with BOOKING.com and they over booked and my reservation was invalid. I was not charged but when your planning a trip it was very inconvenient since there was no other available motels in the area I had to cancel my entire trip. Not happy!
