Pros:Staff was friendly
Cons:Had issues getting in contact, had to extend my rental, called and spoke to Sharon and she extended, told me she would call me back with information but never did. Days later I got a call from someone asking why I hadn't returned the car. I had to switch cars also cause my Impala had a low tire pressure front driver side and windshield wipers were bad.
Pros:Drop off was easy
Cons:Car had front end damage. Wiper blades were falling apart. After contacting Rental location they suggested I just change them myself.
Pros:Verrry helpful and friendly
Pros:Fast friendly service it was easy and pleasurable
Pros:I never got a chance.
Cons:No one was at the counter and there was no note as to when they would be back. Obviously I couldn't pick up the car I'd reserved. This was at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. Thankfully Avis' counter had a rep there and was able help me out.
8,0 Very Good
Pros:All was as expected
Pros:Car was very clean and more quality than expected.
Cons:Drop off was very confusing with no attendant nor conversation on how to drop off.
Pros:The customer service was really great. They brought it to a different airport terminal for us and did all the paperwork right there, which was really helpful.
Pros:Pick up was fast and easy. The rental counter is literally steps away from the baggage claim.
Cons:I have nothing negative to say about my experience.
8,0 Very Good
Pros:Friendly and thorough staff, free upgrade when the car I requested was not ready on time.
Cons:Uncomfortable car (corolla), free upgrade was a car with worse gas mileage so it ended up being more expensive for me
Cons:Associates tell me it will be a small wait to give them time to clean the car I reserved. I said "No Problem" then the manager tries to "upgrade" the rental to a more exspensive car. I decline and tell them i'll wait. The manager continues with "Its only like 5-10 bucks more per day" and then just stares at me waiting for me to fork over more money. Again I decline. The manager leaves the office and returns less than 30 seconds later saying, "Just give him the upgrade, I dont feel like cleaning out the car he reserved" Just a bit of hassle, I would have much rather just picked up the car i reserved instead i was childishly going back and forth about upgrades when the whole reason he wanted me to spend more money was because he didnt want to clean out the car i reserved.
