Had issues getting in contact, had to extend my rental, called and spoke to Sharon and she extended, told me she would call me back with information but never did. Days later I got a call from someone asking why I hadn't returned the car. I had to switch cars also cause my Impala had a low tire pressure front driver side and windshield wipers were bad.3,6 Poor

No one was at the counter and there was no note as to when they would be back. Obviously I couldn't pick up the car I'd reserved. This was at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. Thankfully Avis' counter had a rep there and was able help me out.8,0 Very Good

Rental agent wasn't even at the desk. Waited 30 min and tried calling the phone number left on a sign which went straight to voicemail. The agents at the other car rental companies' desks nearby said they hadn't even seen anyone come in today. I gave up and rented a car from National instead.Alamo
