Pros: Breakfast was fantastic!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were there for a University of Minnesota football game and the location to campus was wonderful. We were able to walk a few short blocks to the stadium so this location could not have been better! The breakfast was delicious - even had two choices of smoothies - and the overflow crowd was able to use the conference room for breakfast seating. This hotel's staff really knows how to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable!
Cons: Parking on site was limited...but so glad the hotel has use of an adjoining business for parking use. It really was not an inconvenience for us since the additional parking area was so close but for others it may be an issue.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, modern, very accommodating staff, great pool/spa and laundry, and good complimentary breakfast.
Cons: Location not conducive to shopping or other activities involving walking. Pretty congested, but workable.
7,0 Good
Pros: One of the few hotels I could find in the area with breakfast and parking included. A good buy. Free shuttle to campus for our tour. Very clean. Evening cookies.
Cons: Chose over another hotel with pool closed. Arrived to find this pool closed. Later chemical smell overpowering. Closing should have been on web site. Pool very small. Limited breakfast. With over an hour of breakfast left they would not refill oatmeal.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Parking is tight for larger vehicles and an overflow lot was used since parking fills up quickly at the hotel lot.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room, the staff, the bed, EVERYTHING! If I could rate it a 20 I would.

Pros: The hotel is immaculate and the staff are very professional and courteous. We loved the breakfast lady also - so sweet and friendly and breakfast was delicious. This is a beautiful hotel.
Cons: This is downtown. There are a few unsavory characters out and about when walking but that's the big city. The hotel was very safe and secure.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful. We had a really great view of downtown Minneapolis too. The location was perfect. The staff was also very friendly. We loved how the hotel is attached to a network of different amenities so when it was super cold out, we did not have to leave the building. Also, being able to text the room service staff was a great perk!
Cons: There was an additional charge for things like a mini fridge. Parking is also very expensive ($22 per night) This is a very fancy/ upscale hotel so I may not be accustomed to it, but there were no food options included with our stay. Pros: We didn't eat at Nicolette Inn for no other reason than it just didn't fit in with other activities. The location to US Bank stadium and the Viking game was perfect. We took the rental bicycles located just across the parking lot. Took about 6 minutes to ride to the stadium. glad there were robes in the room.
Cons: I'd like staff to be sure there is black tea available every morning. i had to go to another floor to find some. Also, the hot water could be hotter, and maybe a place to dispose of the tea bag sleeve and sweetner package. a small refrigerator in the room would be great.

Pros: The location was awesome! We were able to walk to the Orpheum without even needing to go outside, which is why we were in the Cities. Breakfast was pretty good, they ran out of some items but I didn't make it down there until 15 minutes before it closed. But otherwise great selection.
Cons: There was a cup of some type of goo hidden in the back of one of the bathroom drawers. My son found it looking for toilet paper. I just threw it away so not a big deal but still pretty gross. Pillows very squishy. Great if you love squishy pillows but not so much if you don't. Reminder that the hotel doesn't have a pool.

7,0 Good
Pros: The location is great, the ambience is nice, the room lay-out is pleasant, and certain staff can be helpful and welcoming.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: I love the atmosphere of the Marquette.
Cons: The desk clerk wasn't as friendly as staff I've previously encountered.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Clean room and comfortable. Great location. Staff was friendly
Cons: So we got there to check in and they needed a card for incidentals and they said it was $150 all we had was cash so we ran to our bank and put money on our card. When we came back to finally check in the next lady only charged $100. I feel we were profiled based on how young we were by the first lady that wanted 150 for incidentals and the next lady that wanted less. This was our anniversary weekend and we don't get to do much most of the year so we go all out and get a nice room and go to a show have a nice dinner. It was just a bad way to start the stay.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Design is current and attractive, location is good and staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Bathrooms could use a bit of an update.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The listing they posted was incorrect and had features like free breakfast and dinner. We thought that was weird too but jumped on the opportunity. When we arrived we were told that there is no way they would honor it. Mind you, we paid more for a booking that said free dinner over just free breakfast. Long story short, after a few phone calls we were instructed to get dinner wherever we wanted and send a receipt to booking.com for reimbursement so it worked out in the end. Just a little hassle.

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Close to shopping and movies. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: NOTHING ABOUT THIS BOOKING WAS HORRIBLE
Cons: When on booking.com website it showed 2 King beds in the room. I picked 3 adults and the only reason I picked this room is because it showed 2 King Bed's and it only had one king bed in the room. I would have picked a queen room with 2 bed's. STOP SHOWING 2 KINGS BED'S BECAUSE THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE 2 KING BED'S IN THAT ROOM. I HAD TO GET ANOTHER ROOM THANK GOD THEY HAD VACANCY'S
4,0 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and quiet.

Pros: Comfort, design, cleanliness, friendly staff, and a great full breakfast!
Cons: Shower drain was completely plugged up - but they fixed it immediately when I mentioned it!
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: I specifically picked this hotel because of location and the availability of adjoining rooms for the night we were staying. I requested adjoining rooms when I booked and made sure it was noted on my confirmation. We travelled 4 hours to have a birthday party for my daughter and her friends. The girls were supposed to have their “own” room (but adjoining for our peace of mind). When we checked in the receptionist indicated our two rooms were on entirely different floors. When I asked about changing the arrangement she said there were no adjoining rooms available and the entire hotel was full. So much for the birthday party I had promised my daughter. What a disappointment! I will not pick this hotel again.
6,0 Good
Pros: I loved the breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would like to stay again if the rates drop.
Cons: It was very noisy with kids running and playing hockey and banging on doors they were hockey teams although staff apologized it wasn't there fault.
6,0 Good
Pros: The Staff and the Location was very nice.
Cons: I had to have my entire bed redone with clean linen. I also had to have all of the bathroom towels replaced because the one's there were dingy. I also had to help the hotel employee nake the bed.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, really close to everything in downtown Maple Grove. Rooms have a nice size with comfortable beds and bed spreads. All was very clean, staff helpful when we asked for additional towels.
Cons: The breakfast could be a little better. Only the unhealthy kind of yogurt, no sugar free greek yogurt, for example. On weekends no fresh fruit, disappointing.

1,0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: My room was filled with cigarette smoke, the elevators were located far from the lobby. My key didn't work and i had to have it reprogrammed. The front desk did not realize i had prepaid.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Large rooms
Cons: Room stunk like smoke, very displeased.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were decently large and in really good condition. Clean and with quite a few amenities. We have a toddler and it was great having the room for him to walk around.
Cons: Most of the dining options are across a large intersection, so it’s not the most walkable hotel. Lots of good options within 5 min of the hotel.
4,8 Okay
Cons: This hotel has a policy of not changing bedsheets for stays under seven days. I had soiled a bed sheet. I removed it from the bed and placed it in a ball on the floor - a signal to the housekeeper to kindly change the sheet. Much to my horror, that evening, I discovered that the pooh-stained sheet was put back on the bed. That is simply disgusting. I can't believe that a hotel could be so totally cheap that they would subject their guess to such a thing. And if it isn't the hotel policy, then they have a severe training problem with their housekeeping staff. I certainly expect better for $169 a night. Because of this experience, I will never stay at a Staybridge property again.

Pros: The hotel was very clean, from the outside to the pool areas and the lobby. The breakfast was amazing! All the employees were very friendly!
