Helpful and smiley staff; very good sized room; stylish decor; super convenient central location - opposite the art gallery, and just 2 minutes' walk to St Peter's Square and its Metrolink stop.
Friendly and helpful staff, good cooked breakfast (but not great selection for continental option), great central location
Nice but slightly dated room, I was on the ground floor next to a service road which at times was noisy (bin lorries at 7am). Room and facilities comparable to a Premier Inn (not a bad thing) just not comparable in price/value
Nice hotel and room, quiet, even though a busy Saturday night.
Bed a little soft for my liking, but still slept really well.
Super comfy bed and clean linen and facilities. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely stay with them again.
Could improve on the breakfast menu.
The breakfast was lovely, sausages were my favourite and none of it was greasy. The bed was really comfortable but my favourite was the customer service from all the staff, it was very friendly and exceptionally helpful
