Cons: The rooms were too small instead of booking an executive rooms the size was too tiny, the fnb staff was rude and non responsive. Did not even pack some fruits in the morning while we were doing an early check out

Cons: We didnt like the bathroom as accessories were very old n u dont feel that fresh .so pls pay special attention on this. Water in swiming pool was cold .winter time they should have heated water. Jaccuci water too was cold but they informed that they are working on it to fix it.

Cons: While the property is okay. We weren't given the room we paid for. No balcony and bathtub as per our booking. Had to break our head with the reception and on our second night they shifted us. The staff is clueless and inexperienced. Honestly not a single one could understand a thing we asked for. Despite paying so much getting poor service is unacceptable I paid 260 rupees + tax for a toast because they don't have it in their system and charge you for a breakfast basket. There is also NO wifi in the room. First night the AC stopped working too Abysmal service. Would not recommend
