One desk clerk with a slow computer struggled to serve a line of seven guests checking in. He was professional, but he should have had backup. Suite had a kitchenette but no dishes, glasses or utensils. Room was very poorly ventilated—hardly any outside air. Blankets were rough felt, bizarrely, almost assertively low-quality, as if to say, "You'll NEVER want to steal THESE!" I'm glad there was an extra one in the room, though, because the covers on the bed weren't enough to keep warm under. Young child was delighted by the novelty of the oval-shaped bathtub. Room rate included complimentary breakfast, which we didn't take advantage of, based on past experiences with budget hotel breakfasts, although based on a brief glance on our last morning, it might have been better than we gave it credit for. Overall impression: The company is investing as little in this property as it can reasonably get away with.

Pros:You could hear the people in the room above walking around, but it wasn't unbearable.

Pros:I guess the only thing I could really say was the room was clean.
Cons:I don't normally write bad reviews, but this stay was just not very enjoyable. I was disappointed because the pictures made the place look brand new, but it was far from that. The bed sheets and blankets were very thin and the pillows weren't very good. The heating controls simply didn't work, and we couldn't stop the thing from blowing air constantly, so we were cold. It was also a noisy heater. The cleaning people seemed to be up extremely early, vacuuming the next room for what seemed like hours, and banging into the wall with the vacuum constantly. So, unfortunately, overall I was not very impressed or pleased with our stay here. I asked for a comment card to let them know directly and they referred me to post on TripAdvisor. I hope they get the note, just so others can have better stays!
